Shocking service rude and offensive claimed they could not open our special iPad to clear the locked memory, they handed it back without doing anything charging a ransom fee $42.95 . The guy locked the store and left when we requested Police help. It required an Allen key to open the unit ! Do not go there.

This guy is a professional scam artist. I took my phone to him and he said he could fix it when I came back to pick up phone we tested it and still wouldn't work. He made me pay him full price even when he didn't fix my phone. Tip of the day, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
