  I don’t know where they hire office workers from, but the guy that helped my dad and sister was awful! He was the rudest, most condescending, arrogant “customer service” representative ever encountered. If you’re thinking of opening a storage unit, run from this place as fast as you can!

  Devan with Pink Door Storage is amazing he went above and beyond .Helping make multiple changes in accommodating a dead line for my personals to be moved. He is always pleasant.The facility is always clean, I always feel comfortable after dark to be on the property alone

  I’m giving Pink Door Storage 5 stars mostly due to the extra mile efforts of Devon. He has gone out of his way to give out water on those hot summer days and let me borrow his personal vacuum to keep my unit clean. He is very professional, kind and saved me money. Hope he stays around. He was why I moved storage facilities. You can tell he loves his job and his excellent attitude and attention to detail deserve exemplary acknowledgement. Your stuff is in good hands here.

  This is one of the most greatest storage units I have ever had, I called to check pricing , and left message,the staff at the time returned my call. Immediately & sold me right off the gate, my storage is safe secure &. Insured for a small fee $ most charge outrageous prices , but anyways always clean staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PERSONAL & WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE !   Very supportive in my needs for storage. I originally got 1 unit and later needed another one. Upon request of another unit, they placed it right beside the first unit. Making it very convenient.
