I wish I could get Pink Door storage A half a star My wife was in the ICU Battling covidWas not able to pay my rent in January I let them know my situationThey did not seem to careTry to make my payment On February 8th Which I found out they would not let me pay January's rentThey said they do not do partial paymentsThat I needed to pay $288 I told kind i did not have that kind of money I could make the paymentOn February 27thI had this discussion on February 8th So they decide to cut my lock And charged me $150 auction feeSo moral of the story If life happensDon't rent from them

Pink door is a great storage. Super clean and secure and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a safe secure storage. They even price match, and offer coverage for you stored things. 10/10

I put my most precious items into storage while I left state to take care of my parents. I got back to mouse filled items, dirt and mud all over everything, pictures destroyed by a leak in the ceiling. 2 loads to the dump. I had 2 units each 5X10. Out of all of that space, I was able to save 5 medium totes. Worst experience ever! I paid for safety and protection, I received rodent infestation and water damage.

Honestly it’s just one thing after another with this place. The management changes constantly with no warning, the rules change with no warning, and they’re hardly in office on Saturday when it says on the phone that they’re open from 10 am - 4 pm. This is when they SHOULD be in office as it’s when most people have the day off. Good luck trying to get a hold of them let alone keeping up with payments when they keep raising the prices especially when they won’t allow you to do partial payments right now.

I had the absolute best experience renting from Pink Door Storage!!! The staff (Bella) was AMAZING!!!! She made everything so easy and pleasant!!!! She is an absolute Rockstar and I am so thankful for all of her help!!!! I am not a fan of renting storage units...but who is....but she made it such a wonderful experience!!!The storage units are nice too!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice they actually were. I have had my fair share of unsavory storage units I have looked at and/or rented and these are not them!!! They are very nice and well kept!!!I 100% recommend using Pink Door Storage for your storage unit needs!!!!Again Bella was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!! 5 Stars all the way around!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and orderly the grounds are. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making our storage experience a positive one. Highly recommend them.

I love this place! They got me in same day and the gentleman that helped me was so nice, it's been several months and I've got nothing but good things to say. The place is always quiet too, and I've never had any issues at all.My mom was in need of a unit last-minute this past Saturday as well, and Suzette helped her get into a unit that day too. Thanks Suzette!

they send you a late notice and then 3 days later inventory your shed and double your cost for auction when your not even 2 months late. they are scandalous. they don't even have there facts right trying to tell me I've been evicted from a storage before that's funny because I have paperwork that says otherwise
