Used to love ReStore. Went to this location today and left so disappointed and won’t be returning. Whoever the unkind woman was running the counter is running the place like a Home Depot as far as pricing, but with very limited quantities of used products. It no longer feels like a store to help people while helping people. Made us sad.

I am not very impressed with this store anymore. Items are not marked with prices, more often than not. There doesn't seem to be a system for establishing pricing. By the way, when I walk up to the counter, to ask a question or pay for an item, that doesn't mean you should ignore me.

Didn't have what I needed. It would be easier if items were marked. It is a waste of my time to wait for someone to find someone and wait until someone shows up. Only to be subject to someone's mood, experience, or even their time.

The handful of useful items are wayyy overpriced even on their discount day the stuff is overpriced. It’s like thrift store items with Costco prices with thrift store return policy. Confused business. When the prices match the thrift store model this place might be worth visiting. Also, be sure to use the bathroom before you visit the store because they don’t allow their customers to use the bathroom.

These people are really Great!I go there because I always find everything that I don't need, and find things that I didn't know that I needed! And if you look hard enough, you might find just what you were looking for!And the wonderfully quirky people who work there are completely unique, with a variety of memorable personalities all eager to help you find that 'thing, or doo-hicky' that you can't buy at a big box store makes this a worthwhile 'Stop By' during one of their special sale days, or just to say hi and browse.I highly recommend this worthwhile organization!

This place is extremely over priced and the two women that price everything are very rude and ridiculous. We attempted to buy plugs here, which they had a ton of used ones. They wanted to charge me $2 a plug where Home Depot you can get a brand new one for .75 cents. Also when you check out it looks like they have a bunch of 20 year old soap that is half used that they are charging an arm and a leg for! So silly and a waste of time. Just go to Home Depot.

The prices here are so astronomically high. I used to spend a lot of time checking what this store had to offer. Occasionally you can find a good deal. Lately the two ladies that run the place are just out of their minds with their pricing. I shopped here for the very last time ever today and we left with nothing. I will never be coming back. They're asking $3 Plus for something you can buy for a $1.25 at Walmart today. They're asking $45 for rejected thrift store paintings from a 9-year-old. They had an ottoman labeled at $5 and then told us it was $15 when we got it to the check out. Any Sparkle this place ever had is long gone. In the three and a half years I've lived in Ogden I've spent over $1,000 here. Sucks for them that they'll never get another Penny from me.

Great place to fond second hand home improvement items from tiles to doors to furniture to windows. Occasionally they have some amazing antique/vintage items come through and it's always a great deal.

Once Upon A time, this store was okay. These days it's really really hard to find a good deal. The prices are just wild. You see things that cost more than they do brand new on a store shelf. They research some items and list it for the most expensive price I've ever sold for on eBay and then other items are just so randomly priced you can't help but wonder if nine different people are just guessing what the label things. Also just because something doesn't have a price doesn't mean that's what they're going to sell it to you for you can see something pointed out tell me you want to buy it take it to the register and then they're going to tell you it cost more when you get there. This store is barely worth a Second Glance anymore. If you want second hand cupboards or a couch that smells like farts from the 40s this is the store for you. Otherwise you're just better off going to Savers or buying the item brand new from Walmart and paying less.

The manager Rose is very rude and unprofessional. I specifically pointing to a stack of tile and asked her if it was (just like the sign said)$1.00 a piece. She told me yes, I was super excited and with the help of a very helpful associate, loaded at least 100 of them onto a flatbed cart. I was purchasing cabinets along with other items and when I rolled the flatbed to the register (loaded up with other tile I found) she changed the price to $3.50 a piece and was so rude in saying "that's what it is!" She was very condescending and beyond rude. The cashier just got done telling me they received a truck load of tile. I don't understand why Rose wouldn't honor the price she originally gave me, especially to make room for the tile that was currently being unloaded off the truck. To make matters worse, when the associate was moving the tile on the flat bed, it was sliding off and falling to the ground and breaking. Rose yelled at the associate and I explained to her that it wasn't his fault, it's a lot of tile and it's heavy. he was really trying to be careful. Her response was "it's okay, we'll just glue it later!" and looked at me with meanness in her eyes. she'd rather trash it, than honor her price...is what I was thinking. It's a shame that Rose has any position in management, every single associate I talked to was awesome and helpful and I feel bad that they work with such a toxic and unprofessional human being. One of the associates is a young man, hard working and super helpful. Rose is to be an example, she has the responsibility to train and grow her employees and volunteer's. customer service is HUGE! If Rose hasn't learned how to own her mistakes and make things right, she is not a good representation of The Restore (Habitat for Humanity) and all the positive and wonderful things associated with the organization. I will never shop at this store again. Thanks to Rose, they easily lost an additional $500, I would of added to my purchase and forever lost a returning customer.I do not recommend this restore location.

Neat place with almost anything you need to fix up a house. Only thing is they don’t have prices on everything!

I suppose as long as you go on the day the thing you want has the right color of tag, the prices are good. Otherwise you're better off going to a store that offers refunds or exchanges. The prices are as high as regular retail (some things even higher). But, it's for a good cause.
