Purchased car 3/7/2022 today is 5/25/2022 have not received plates or registration or title. All I get is lie's. Have recived 2 Temp permits. We are headed to court have reported to MVED, BETTER BUSINESS, What a bunch of garbage they are.

Had a great experience here got a Kia for a reasonable price and they were very attentive. The owner and his wife are super sweet and Sherri is awesome . Definitely recommend and will be going back for future buy.

This place allowing Ray Epps to represent them is a huge mistake! They are shady shady shady! They held our suv for three months while under the impression and agreed to fix our suv. It had issues the first week we had it. They replaced the fuel pump and it died in our driveway when they gave it back only for them to finally tow it to be fixing weeks later after promising to be picked up next day. They picked up in September and we finally got back today November 30, 2021 after Ray Epps having a 1000 dollar repair done then holding it hostage for us to pay 500 on to get back. We told them we did not have the money it was Christmas. Ray said they would make it right only to bait and switch a family at Christmas time! Buyer beware! I had this Ray guy screaming at us in front of the owner Gail Dunn. Only for him to say he would talk to him later. I have filed a report with consumer protection as well as the Dmv investigation division to look into this. The fact they had a vehicle repair done without consent is FRUAD!
