Honestly, I went to the ER (OGDEN REGIONAL TWICE,) AND WAS UNTREATED FOR BREATHING ISSUES they were also so rude and kept telling me I had something untreatable but wouldn't even listen to my lungs with a stethoscope so I left nor did they take a chest xray nothing. I went to the ogden clinic behind skyline even tho I couldn't talk nor breathe great they took me 1000% seriously and I appreciate the heck out of them because today I can breathe without major struggle. My body feels like I can actually handle breathing treatments, I'm literally shocked how I'm feeling today. Even tho I'm not better completely I know if I go back they'll take care of me!

There are 3 situations this year only.1- I had to go to the Walk in clinic for my high blood pressure. I don’t know who the doctor on duty was at that time. Waited an hour after the nurse was done with her job, the doctor didn’t show up. I finally left without seeing the doctor.2- I had to do the fasting lab done on Saturday, went to the South Ogden clinic at 8, the clinic had the online time 8am vs the time at the clinic door as 9am. I entered the clinic at 9am, the receptionist said we are not having lab today. Instead Harrison Ogden clinic is open for labs, I said they open at 10, she said “NO” they are open which was not correct since I came to Ogden clinic at 9:10. I had to come back at 10am for the lab. Could we have at least 1 lab open on Saturday at 8am for the people those who work during the week days.3- I was scheduled for my physical with Grace O Brian, waited for her more than an hour and finally the nurse rescheduled me because apparently the doctor was tied up in a meeting. How come Ogden Clinic has such bad service, is there someone who can fix the issues for struggling patients?

I was there for my 3 hours glucose test today. I think the phlebotomist was Rosa, she was one of the most caring health professionals I ever met. Just made my day!!

Grace O'Brien was horrible to me. I had to see her in a bind when my provider was out of town. I had a bladder infection and was miserable. I waited two hours in agony for her to see me in the room, she spent maybe two minutes in there and then ordered blood work. I was forgotten about and took another hour to get blood work drawn after asking them about it. Sent me home and then DID NOT send the antibiotics to my pharmacy. I ended up septic and in the hospital that night. Her staff called me THREE days later to tell me they were sending them. THREE days after finding out I had the infection was a little to late and negligent..Shelby was the only good thing about this clinic. They seem to have a way with driving out the good people.

Super fast and efficient staff. Dr. O'Brien is the best primary care that I have been to in years. She provided the most informative and helpful physical tailored to me. The lab person, Rosa was so nice and kind. She made adorable little stickers out of coban to put on my wrap after getting blood drawn. This will be my go to clinic.

I miss Dr.Fischer very much she was a great Doctor. After she retired I went to Dr. shelby pitts who was also outstanding. No she is no longer at ogden clinic i’m extremely bummed to see them both go and have been trying to find a primary care ever since. They were awesome!!!

Thankfully we found a DPC so we can forgo Ogden Clinic. They charge ludicrous amounts for the mere minutes you get with an actual doctor. Billing after the fact is also all over the place. Pay attention to the other less than stellar reviews. Poor all the way around.

If you are on a high deductible health plan, be wary. They will charge you for unnecessary tests as well as exams that were not done.

My husband got blood work done about 2 weeks ago. He keeps calling to get a doctor to tell him if he needs to change his medication based on the blood work and no one will talk to him. He has called many times and every time they say that someone will call him soon and it's "being marked as high priority" but it's been 2 weeks and no call. This majorly affects his health so it's extremely frustrating. Who can't take a few minutes to return a call? We won't be returning after this.

**Updated review**Now that Ryan is no longer there- they are not accepting any of his old patients and we can go down the road to try other clinics. Ridiculous!Ryan is the best! He’s the only one that takes the time with his patients to make sure he understands everything that is going on. He truly cares and doesn’t try to rush through each patient. Thank you!

I took my dad here because it's "urgent care", they don't take walk-ins. What the hell does urgent care mean?

The clinic itself is good, great staff and quick. But the business office is another matter. I accidentally overpaid my bill and they were quick to take my money, but would not put the overpayment back onto the card. I was told to wait 2-4 weeks for PAPER check! Who does paper checks anymore? I am so nervous having that out in the mail somewhere and praying that it gets to me at some point. BEWARE when paying your bill here...

This used to be a top notch center, but it's gone slightly downhill. Doctors in the urgent care are a little apathetic and spend more time looking at the notes on the laptop, and less time actually clarifying what you mean. The other day I really felt like I was on an expensive, loooong conveyer belt. Be prepared to spend hours here.

I live in Tremonton and was referred to the Skyline clinic by a few people because of the care Ryan Westbrook provided. I have been a patient for 4 plus years. Recently without any notice my provider no longer works at the clinic. Second I went to another provider who said they would take me on as a patient. Out of the blue again I was told I would need a new provider and no one at this facility would take me on. ??♀️??♀️ They were not taking new patients.I am double insured and have had allot of diagnoses come from this clinic. Another failure in our Healthcare system. My husband had multiple tests ran through this clinic with not a single result back to him. Avoid this clinic at all cost! They don’t care about patients!!!!!
