Scammers. Rude. Takes a week to get a prescription called into a pharmacy. Charged me $200 for mentioning asthma as a pre existing condition at an annual preventative visit. Psych visits (therapy) also cost $200+ for 60 minute visit. Can go on an on about how bad this experience has been at Ogden clinic.

Was able to get in quickly (same day). Was treated with kind, professional manner, gave me options to choose for treatment. Much appreciated.

Please look at the review I did for Andrew Grose. My right hand is broken and I can’t type all of it again. I will be contacting Kevin Porter CEO, David Cope board President and Carrie Jernigan director of clinic quality

I once went to Dr Vandersteen and np Egan. Dr Vandersteen was nice but np Egan made a comment about me having a "period", which was bizarre considering I'm a guy. Maybe she doesn't know the difference between a man and a woman. Then she proceeded to tell me what my symptoms were not why my symptoms were happening.

Thanks for sending me to collections. Just had someone come to my front door saying I owed money that my insurance didn’t pay. This is the first I’ve heard of this. Y’all are ridiculous.

I was set up to have my blood work done by them because my therapist wanted me to do a work up to see if I had any other reason for my mental health being low. I have yet to receive my blood work result and it has been a month since getting my blood drawn. I feel like I’m that is unacceptable. It shouldn’t take a month to get blood work back, I was told it would be a few days and I have had to call them three times.

Came here because the reviews were amazing for Dr. Elizabeth but unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience. I Went in for physical with a Pap smear and breast exam and she did do the Pap smear but left the room but never came back to discuss further or do my breast exam .. the nurse soon followed and told me I had to leave the room since another patient is coming .
I left not only confused but an incomplete exam. Will be going somewhere else going forward .

Drug addiction is listed in the DSM as a medical disorder. I've been clean for 7 years under true medical supervision. I went to this Urgent Care to get MEDICINE, not drugs but the small minded NP decided that she would cancel a prescription that I needed because I have a past. Now I'm sitting at home with the Flu and Covid, and I haven't been able to drink even a bottle of water for 5 days. All because they want to judge my past. Ridiculous. They've left me with no choice but to go to the streets to try and get anything that will allow me to drink some water. My whole body is cramping up and I'm starved half to death because fake doctor Elizabeth Thompson thinks it's up to her whether I can have the medicine that she herself said I needed. The way I feel now hopefully I'll get some fentanyl and just go on and die now. Thanks so much for preventing actual healthcare and leaving me to the streets. I can get all the DRUGS I want. I needed medicine from you, and you not only cancelled it you didn't even bother to give me another option. Karma is real and I know that before too long you'll be judged on your past by someone who doesn't have any information on it, and you'll get what you deserve. As for me I'm going to sit here and die of dehydration. I highly recommend going to any other Urgent Care in the world than this one. It's no surprise to me that Elizabeth Thompson isn't a doctor. She hasn't learned the first rule of being a Dr which is "Do No Harm" she just harmed me greatly. She looked in my throat and picked the cough syrup I was supposed to get then just changed her mind because she thinks is she knows something. You don't know a damn thing.

Honestly, I went to the ER (OGDEN REGIONAL TWICE,) AND WAS UNTREATED FOR BREATHING ISSUES they were also so rude and kept telling me I had something untreatable but wouldn't even listen to my lungs with a stethoscope so I left nor did they take a chest xray nothing. I went to the ogden clinic behind skyline even tho I couldn't talk nor breathe great they took me 1000% seriously and I appreciate the heck out of them because today I can breathe without major struggle. My body feels like I can actually handle breathing treatments, I'm literally shocked how I'm feeling today. Even tho I'm not better completely I know if I go back they'll take care of me!

Come in to be looked at for pain in the leg. Roxanne was very systematic at determining the diagnosis. Very clear understandable instruction. Appreciate the availability.

There are 3 situations this year only.1- I had to go to the Walk in clinic for my high blood pressure. I don’t know who the doctor on duty was at that time. Waited an hour after the nurse was done with her job, the doctor didn’t show up. I finally left without seeing the doctor.2- I had to do the fasting lab done on Saturday, went to the South Ogden clinic at 8, the clinic had the online time 8am vs the time at the clinic door as 9am. I entered the clinic at 9am, the receptionist said we are not having lab today. Instead Harrison Ogden clinic is open for labs, I said they open at 10, she said “NO” they are open which was not correct since I came to Ogden clinic at 9:10. I had to come back at 10am for the lab. Could we have at least 1 lab open on Saturday at 8am for the people those who work during the week days.3- I was scheduled for my physical with Grace O Brian, waited for her more than an hour and finally the nurse rescheduled me because apparently the doctor was tied up in a meeting. How come Ogden Clinic has such bad service, is there someone who can fix the issues for struggling patients?

I was there for my 3 hours glucose test today. I think the phlebotomist was Rosa, she was one of the most caring health professionals I ever met. Just made my day!!

Grace O'Brien was horrible to me. I had to see her in a bind when my provider was out of town. I had a bladder infection and was miserable. I waited two hours in agony for her to see me in the room, she spent maybe two minutes in there and then ordered blood work. I was forgotten about and took another hour to get blood work drawn after asking them about it. Sent me home and then DID NOT send the antibiotics to my pharmacy. I ended up septic and in the hospital that night. Her staff called me THREE days later to tell me they were sending them. THREE days after finding out I had the infection was a little to late and negligent..Shelby was the only good thing about this clinic. They seem to have a way with driving out the good people.

Super fast and efficient staff. Dr. O'Brien is the best primary care that I have been to in years. She provided the most informative and helpful physical tailored to me. The lab person, Rosa was so nice and kind. She made adorable little stickers out of coban to put on my wrap after getting blood drawn. This will be my go to clinic.

I miss Dr.Fischer very much she was a great Doctor. After she retired I went to Dr. shelby pitts who was also outstanding. No she is no longer at ogden clinic i’m extremely bummed to see them both go and have been trying to find a primary care ever since. They were awesome!!!
