Great little wave park. I happened to catch it after a rain-on-snow event and the gage was around 1000cfs. At this flow…the top wave was flushed out, while the middle wave was rolling really good. The third (bottom) wave was smaller, wider, and had a great pillow. I was surfing my canoe, this wave was perfect for side-surfing.
The infrastructure used to create these waves, the pathways, overlook, kayak hangers, and nearby restrooms are very nice and an awesome investment by the community of Ogden. I hope to visit again soon.

Very cool that the city turned some stretches of river into a kayak park. Along with the walking paths it’s made the river into a nice feature.
Dog-friendliness: Dogs playing in the river with its humans.
Picnic area: Tailgate Or riverside
