From the minute l walked in the door I was impressed. Josh (owner) was warm and thorough. He even arranged a rental car. Work looks amazing. Hannah, was equally efficient. The actual body shop employee came and we looked over the work and he explained the process taken to get my car back in new condition. I felt like they totally went over and beyond. As a whole they totally earned the 5 star rating.

This is the 3rd repair we have made with Ogden Body. Hands down some of the best customer service experiences with any company. They communicate well, do what they say when they say, work well the your insurance and are just great people.

After a car accident, I needed a body shop. I looked around at reviews from various shops. I chose Ogden Body based on their reviews. Add me to the list of five star reviews. Josh did an incredible job working through all the various challenges resulting from our insurance company. The work on our car looks perfect and was done in a timely manner. After the experience, my wife commented that Josh is now her 2nd favorite name. :). Well done!

This is a long overdue acknowledgement of the superior service that was done by Ogden Body Shop. From the initial estimate, done by Josh, until the final completion of the car he made everything seamless. This was unfamiliar territory for me but Josh assured me along the way that he would deal with the insurance company and I would not need to. It was reassuring to know that an individual like Josh, who had my best interest in mind, took care of it all. Vene was in charge of my car repair, and he was meticulous, detail-oriented, and diligent. The work was done to perfection! There is no doubt he takes pride in his work. Please be assured that if I find myself or know of a friend who is in need of repair service in the future, Ogden Body Shop will be the first I think of. Again, thank you for a job that exceeded expectations!

Had a rock chip repair done at this place and ended up with a square blob on the roof. The worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life. And to top it off they did not refund the money sent on a super bad repair. I would not even have my red wagon repaired at Ogden Autobody. I really don’t think they know what they are doing. I have a picture I wish I could an attach but I couldn’t. Pictures are worth a thousand words and it this one speaks millions.

A+ service from beginning to end. I tend to stress about picking ANY company to work with, so when it came to my car being restored after an accident, I was very concerned. 2 friends referrals led me to Ogden Body Shop and I’m so happy I trusted them. My Jeep looks better now than before the accident, and I sure didn’t expect that! From full communication to education on what to expect, I truly am pleased with every step that was taken. I would like to note that I’m Picky Picky when it comes to certain things, so when I say I am happy, it was definitely a fantastic job done!

Josh, the owner, personally interacted with me from the inception to the completion of the work. Ongoing communication with Josh was consistently informative and prompt. Both the follow-up and follow-through were professional and courteous. Hannah, in the front office, as she conversed with me and others who sought assistance, was empathetic, courteous, and helpful. The shop was neat and orderly, and the craftsmen were friendly. The completed work was excellent.

Josh and his team are the nicest people. They have helped me from day one of hitting a deer until the day the insurance company paid out.They go out of their way to make a bad thing better and make sure you are taken care of. They followed up with me and guided me through the insurance company's games.
