Inquired to purchase custom invitations. Wanted to do business here was highly recommended for a very special event in our family. Instead was provided very poor customer service that came with assumptions and a sticky note for me to come up with ideas. I was charged almost twice as much as I was told I would be on the phone. Also, I was very disappointed that none of the employees were wearing masks inside of the store during the pandemic, even though they had signs up. I will not be supporting this store anymore.

I am from out of town and have used there services once and was pleased. This time they did not have my project done or even started when I went to pick it up! I leave town in the morning and now I have no time to go anywhere else. Don’t use Ogden Blue if you are on any type of schedule!!

I printed my wedding invitation here are they were amazing. I had no idea what I wanted but was given guidance to first find out what I liked and didn't like. Once I found a design I like Donna was able to recreate it perfectly. If you need something done right the first time go to Ogden Blue.

I underestimated the time it takes to put a book together and all that goes into it. I brought it to Ogden blue where they went over my options, rushed my order, and got the books to me just in time. The quality is amazing. After seeing the final project I will never go anywhere else. Worth every penny.

So I'm so disappointed this is the second time I've been here and they have left significant dents in the cutting of my print I'm not coming back they admitted up front to doing and then still charged the full price and there customer service even on the phone while trying to figure out the project, seriously nobody could give me time frames I was wondering if I entered the twilight zone. I really hope you guys get it together but as for me I'm taking my business else where!

Donna helped me today and put my project together faster then I even dreamed. Everything was printed and trimmed perfectly. I came in with no idea how to get what I needed and a million questions, but she handled it very professionally. Great service, great price, great speed. Highly recommend!
