She went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed while I was working on a very sentimental project. She took time and care while she helped with little details on the parts I couldn't do on my own. She checked in often, made sure I had supplies, showed me how to use the products, and replaced items as needed. She did all this as she helped other customers with ease.
