My husband and I were nervous and excited to buy OUR first bed, together. We planned to check out a couple different stores, to compare. We chose this store because of the 5.0 rating. They are worth the 5.0! We loved that they are a local, family owned shop. The agent that helped us was so informative on the different brands and types of beds that they had on the sales floor. They made us feel secure in our decision process and was very patient with our many, many questions ?. We decided we did not need to see any other stores and proceeded with this one. We are happy that they will deliver the new matres and take away the old matres with only a fee for the local dump. The only issue we experienced is that It is taking longer than usual for the store to get the tracking number from their stocker, but that has nothing to do with the efficiency of the actual store.
We greatly appreciate your help and down to earth family service. I will recommend to anyone needing a new bed.

Toby went above and beyond. He brought out several mattresses from the back for us and did a phenomenal job finding us a mattress that fit our needs. Would definitely buy from this family business again. Great service and great products. Way better than a big chain store. He would've done free delivery, but we just shoved it in our car. Wonderful, wonderful. 10000/10

Toby Wilson helped us. Very knowledgeable. Caught him at the end of the day, and he answered all our questions. Didn't rush us at all. Would recommend his services to everyone who comes in. Even gave us free sheets as we were about to drive off. 5/5 Stars

We drove up from SLC and it was worth it. We had a great experience shopping at Neway Mattress in Ogden. The people helping us were informative and helped us find what met our needs. We didn’t feel any pressure to lean towards one product over another. They genuinely seemed to just want to help us make an informed decision.

We shopped around and did our research on Consumer Reports and naplab. We narrowed our list to our favorites. The last step was to test the mattresses. Unlike most mattress retailers, Neway carries a large selection of leading mattresses that don’t cost an arm and a leg. We drove from Utah County and it was well worth the drive. We found the right mattress for us and are very happy with the buying experience.

We had the best shopping experience at Neway mattress no matter how far you have to drive and go out of your way, it is worth it to visit Neway to try out their mattresses and work with Toby to find the right mattress for you. They’re friendly and they’re helpful. They really know their stuff and they’ll help you buy something that’s right for you and not necessarily the most expensive mattress to buy. After having visited a lot of other mattress stores we settled on purchasing from Neway and we know that it was the right decision! Please also support local business! Local businesses are the life of our community and you’re helping another family out by purchasing from their store instead of purchasing from greedy corporations. Plus, you know that you’ll be taken care of by supporting a local business who cares about having your business and maintaining a reputation.

What a great experience buying a mattress. First, this store has a lot of the hard to find brands which means we got to try out everything we had on our radar. They were able to get the mattress in quickly and delivered to our house the same day.
What really stood out though was their customer service. Toby and his family were eager to help us find the right mattress. They were patient while we laid on many of the showroom options, several times each. I can't say enough good about this mattress buying experience, only that others should strongly consider checking out their showroom if you're on the market for a quality nights sleep.

Neway has some really great deals on high quality mattresses. I was honestly shocked by how many mattresses they had in my price range. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the best part about a local, family owned store is how much they care about their customers. Neway made sure I was taken care of and got what I wanted. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Went there today around 1245 pm and talked to Toby about my situation and that I needed a bed today (07/06/2024) if possible. He made a call to his delivery men and said they could get it done for me. I bought a mattress, box and foundation for a great price. He gave me a free queen sheet set and there was no delivery charge. I got it around 2:40 pm same day. The delivery men were super nice and assembled the bed for me. Very happy so far.
