I asked the store manager to create a special order. He was very rude to me and said that he wouldn’t look into the product for me to order. I will never be back at this location because of this. I highly suggest observing the store managers behavior and it seems like a lot of these reviews describe exactly what I experienced. Do not go to this location if you want good customer service.

This Saturday I went shopping around 10 am and a man with dark hair and glasses stating he was management was very disrespectful and snappy with me after I asked where a product was. I didn't even finish my shopping I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected I will not be shopping here anymore which is sad because I have been a loyal costumer since opening.

I absolutely love Natural Grocers but not this location! The manager Nick was extremely rude to me when I hoped he could simply address an issue that I had. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was. He had the worst attitude. I will NEVER go to this store again, nor will any of my family and friends! Upper management should really observe their store managers more closely. The last thing you should want is a bad reputation!

Dude manager had an attitude when I brought to his attention bugs were nesting and reproducing in lettuce I had bought from natural grocers. Instead of him being apologetic and helpful, he had a dull rude attitude towards me even asking for money back on lettuce I physically could not eat due to infestation of more than 12 bugs each pooping and reproducing in the lettuce I bought from there.
Sadly I do not feel comfy shopping here due the dude manager's attitude and energy of annoyance when we were just providing open communication and needing clean lettuce for dinner. Lmao
Moral of the story - always check your produce from here cause the dude manager Is Not doing personal checks to ensure the produce is clean and infestation free.
Seemed more annoyed at me for even bringing it up

I walked into the store for the first time and was greeted by Linda. She was super helpful and showed me the layout of the store.
Later, Sandra founded the root beer options which were eluding me.
Max checked out my order.
Over all experience was exceptional.
I’ll be back.
