Tl;dr they do not take SelectHealth Insurance. I called in to make an appointment and it took a little over an hour for the lady to set up an appointment for my family for flu and covid shots. A total of 10 appointments was required for the five of us which is ridiculous. We were there for about a half hour at our scheduled time before we got in only to be told that all of the paperwork that we did during the pre-check process will have to be done again because it's a separate system? And then when it came to the insurance they said they don't take SelectHealth which is weird because they did last year. But maybe it's better to finally realize this is not a good place to use. I don't see how anybody would use this as an actual Clinic let alone when they can't even do vaccination shots very well at all even if they did take Select Health Insurance

Avoid if possible. The prices on their website are very misleading and you will end up paying for extra items you didn't request. I scheduled an appointment but waited for almost an extra hour. Waste of time and money.

The worst. I set up an appointment to get tested for Covid for a new job. My appointment was at 11:40. I checked in at 11:30 and waited for almost half an hour with no one around. I called the telephone number listed and the operator told me to knock on the door. I did. No answer. Meanwhile, the person on the phone hung up on me. Someone finally came out and said they still needed to clean the room. Then, after I get into the room, I’m informed that the test will be $200.00 and it was payable in advance. This is after I gave them my insurance information. No where did it say the test would cost anything in advance. Then, after I left the store, I received a text saying that my appointment was canceled. Yes, they tried to cancel an appointment I had already checked in for.A complete waste of my time.

Checked in on time. Waited 40 minutes and checked out. Worst service for anything! Blatantly making CVS look horrible. Do not use clinical services ever.

After going into the store twice to ask about the minute clinic and testing for travel. I was given a stack of stapled together web pages that all charge for travel covid testing. So i make an appt. 1 1/2 weeks so plenty of time.day of test I get a call 1.5 hours before my appt. they canceled. I'm due to fly friday. So now thank you I'm, chasing my tail and paying extra for this ridiculous test. The lack of knowledge and procedure. Im very discouraged from using anything minute clinic. i definitely would not recommend using them because they are not reliable.

The staff at this clinic were very professional. And I like that the providers are Nurse Practitioners (aka Advanced Practicing Registered Nurses). These nurses have advanced education, clinical training, and licencing, and can prescribe medication, etc., and make referrals to other providers just like an MD. Because they come up the nursing side of "health CARE", I find NPs are better able to relate and empathize, than a lot of doctors who often lack both a bedside manner and a sense of humor. The best part is an NP visit ordered costs much less. .
