I told my husband the gentleman that helped us at the window was someone who was happy to be at work. You don't see that much anymore. It was a breath of fresh air! Thanks John! You made it a pleasant experience!

Close the drive thru if you're not going to use it. Don't put a sign up saying it will be faster to come in. That's the point of a drive thru to be fast.
