I highly recommend not to go there!!! If you love you, Fur babies. Update I took my pet to another vet, and it was not an infection that he had. if he did had a Infection that medication you team gave me it would have worked the first time anyway. People out there get second opinions. Also, my fur friend passaway

If you care about your pets you WILL only take them here!!!Dr Ellis and Sherry are the most genuine people you will ever meet!!They truly care about our pet children and have always made sure we’re all taken care of. They saved our cats life and she stayed in their care for almost a week. All while I received frequent text messages through the day and the night with updates on my girl. She had blood transfusions and had to undergo another surgery to repair internal bleeding from the previous surgery performed by a different agency. Our most recent experience was with our senior dog. Dr ellis did all she could to ensure our dog had the best chance at having a good quality of life and followed us and checked up on us for about three months. Sherry and Dr Ellis allowed us to bring two of our kids with us, gave us Oreos to feed our girl… allowed us plenty of time to spend with her. When the time came for us to say our final goodbyes Dr Ellis and Sherry were so gentle with our girl. Dr Ellis and Sherry genuinely understand and are always supportive and caring! My family and I can not thank them enough for all they have done for us. I will certainly continue taking our animals to them!!We are forever grateful for you Dr Ellis and Sherry and all of the amazing staff at Millcreek Animal Hospital! Thank you soooo much again!!

Millcreek has cared for my animals for just over a year now. Dr. Ellis remains empathetic, adept, and innovative. The nurse, Kimmy (who I request every time now) has always been kind, skillful, and understanding. I refuse to take my animals to any other hospital.

When people say these people kill dogs listen to them, it's true! Someone I know took their dog in because he was having potty problems (diarrhea). While the so called vet was checking him out up on the little table she started to squeeze his belly. The dog went limp in the assistants arms and was struggling to breathe. They rushed him back to try to save him from what the "vet" said but they couldn't. The vet said something about feeling a mass in the area of his spleen and sometimes their bodies react that way when pressure is applied to it or some nonsense. Regardless that poor baby died right in front of his dad's eyes and he was devastated. He had to walk out of the office while they were trying to bring the dog back because he couldn't hold it together and was crying. These people are HORRIBLE!! If you love your fur babies for the love of God DO NOT take them here! Pay a little more at another clinic and get better care! Have you ever looked at their website? They have one Doctor to countless assistants. Makes you think if everyone is getting the proper care, or if all the tests are really being done or if everything is being checked out the way it should be or does she was way too much on her plate and corners are being cut and the poor animals taken to that awful place are paying with their lives. Someone should shut this death trap down!

Moved to Ogden area and was looking for a place that provided Grooming and Pet care. Have always been greeted with a smile and treated with kindness. Plus my Missy has grown to love the people and trust them and she gets excited every time we pull up to their building.

Dr. Ellis is amazing. She cares and it shows. Always goes over and beyond. I brought my puppy here 10 years ago and yesterday, he was put to sleep there. Be patient if the wait times are long, it’s worth the care your pet will get here.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE. My mother took her dog Odie here for a teeth cleaning. A TEETH CLEANING. They pulled some teeth and sent him on his way. Odie spent days vomiting blood and extremely ill. My mom brought him back and they said he just needed some fluids. They kept him there overnight. Odie DIED some point in the night. This is the THIRD dog within a month that they have killed, all of which were TEETH CLEANINGS. They refuse to give information or reason. THREE dogs in a month. Dr Kristie Ellis was the one that did the procedure. Kristie is the OWNER.Kristie is VERY clearly incapable of operating on animals in ANY capacity. Please save yourself and literally SAVE your dog, by finding somewhere else to take your animal. Please.Kristie, I will have your license. I will have your business. You will NEVER touch another dog. You should be ASHAMED.

We found a veterinarian that is doing the surgery for 1800, compared to 3700 to 5000. The staff was wonderful. Our Baby Girl is in great hands.

When I brought our beagle, Tank to get his teeth cleaned 2 weeks ago, I had no idea it was the beginning of the end....I was informed that his pre anesthesia blood work revealed elevated kidney numbers and that they would give him lots of fluids beforehand to help. The only thing they needed from me was permission to move forward. Not once was I informed that it could be detrimental to his health to anesthetize him with his kidney issues. I was called later in the day to be given my cost estimate that included them pulling ELEVEN teeth. Obviously, he was uncomfortable for a couple of days and even struggled to eat soft food. After a week, he started eating less and less. The only thing I could get him to eat was a few pieces of boiled chicken. As of Thursday, he started throwing up everything he ate (and then some). Then Saturday came and he stopped eating altogether. I even called the vet a couple times in the last week and they just kept telling me, "it's normal for dogs to take up to 3 weeks to recover and eat normally after an extreme dental visit like he had." I wish I had listened to my intuition sooner, but this evening, we couldn't handle seeing him struggle anymore. We brought him to the emergency vet nearby. We were quickly informed that he should've never been anesthetized given his kidney circumstances. Then, after an exam and blood work, we were told our boy was in kidney failure. His already doubled numbers had doubled again in the 2 weeks since his dental appointment. We were given options but also told she didn't even know if he'd make it another 48 hours. At best, 6 months but with a low quality of life. We love our boy too much to make him stay in pain any longer. With that said, only 114 days after Tank said goodbye to his best friend, Brodee (who died from cancer) he rejoined him in puppy heaven. This hits differently. We all thought we still had time with him. I thought I was doing right by him, getting his teeth taken care of. I trusted people who have knowledge on a topic I know nothing on, and now he's gone. Guilt doesn't even begin to describe what I'm feeling. I tell Tank's story, so hopefully, none of you will ever be taken advantage of. If something just doesn't feel right, ask questions. Tank deserved better ??Edited to add that I had a good conversation with Dr. Ellis about improving communication amongst her staff and patient owners. I do have hope that a positive change will come from our loss. Dr. Ellis also offered to "make things right" financially and I want to give credit where credit is due.
