Great experience. I got my cat ( actually my brothers cat) in quick and taken care of. Staff is friendly. We will be using them again, This is the first time going to this vet.

This will always be my vet, Dr Ellis is kind and compassionate, she's willing to help with all things and just overall an amazing vet, even when I move I will drive the distance to keep her as my vet

The staff is all really wonderful!! Friendly, and helpful with any questions. My Tuxie is well taken care of there. I also love getting to see Walter the resident Cat Greeter when I go there. He's an angel as well.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and they were conscientious about making sure we weren’t paying for services we didn’t need. It was clean and they even had snacks and drinks for us if we wanted them.

I was a bit worried and skeptical because they have some negative reviews. IGNORE THEM! I’m so happy I did, and gave them my trust anyway. I brought my 6yr old fur baby Kash here for a neuter. I needed it done as soon as possible due to our change in living situations. They got me in a week from the day I called, anywhere else I talked to would’ve been a 3 month wait. Which was not feasible for me. They were so sweet and friendly with me and my puppy. He’s a reactive dog, with fearful aggression, so I was quite worried how this would go, being his second time at a vet and first surgery! I brought him in with his muzzle on, and he was returned to me with it off. They were so good to him and even earned his trust which is a big deal! They talked me through everything, and reassured me that they deal with unhappy dogs all the time. I got a call when his surgery was finished and they let me know I could come get him in a few hours. They communicated everything very throughly and clearly. He’s doing amazing now and is still healing. He’s been sleepy but he’s still his vibrant happy self! I’m so appreciative towards the whole crew! Thank you guys so much!

I loved this place they were good at spaying/neutering my rabbits but other than with issues that they have it’s a different story. I had a rabbit that had a bite infection and I took him in and they gave me medicine and I kept going back here because he kept getting weaker and weaker I went in 4 times for my rabbit just for them to tell me he will be fine and the next day he died. Now I have gone in today to get one of my other rabbit checked out bc he looked like he wasn’t feeling well and when the nurse got in they were hovering over him and brought in a baby bunny and started putting it in his face, and the two vets were just talking to eachother. I paid $155 just to sit for two hours and get blood work done for them to say everything was normal and didn’t listen to what I even said. I’m never coming here again!

This vets office is the best! The front desk staff is kind, personable and efficient. Dr. Ellis has been caring for my pets for years now, and is always understanding, knowledgeable and kind. She truly loves animals, and is not in the business to just get in peoples wallets. Reasonable prices, smart staff, and just an overall 5 star.

Friendly, caring, and dedicated staff. This place is worth it. They took great care of our little guy and called us with updates every day while he had his little hospital stay to become well enough to make it home alive and well. Thank you to the Millcreek Animal Hospital staff.
