Unprofessional place and not happy about it. They misdiagnosed me and never solved the problem I had. Went to a different doctor and they knew right away what was wrong.

They have saved me with medical issues and no health insurance things get pricey.I'm so pleased that they provide a sliding fee scale so I can get medical care when needed, although some of the medical staff could listen and truly hear the patient concerns to better diagnose them, so some of the staff could be more caring / understanding and not so judgemental.

Dr. Christhian is one of the best out there! Hubby and I were astonished at his in-depth view of all of my health issues as a whole when he treated me for covid last week. Warm bedside manner. Friendly staff. Looking forward to future care!

I went in for a dental extraction. If they tell you that you're going to have your work done by a student...RUN!!! They made my tooth pain so much worse, the nitrous was either not enough or way too much, and I ended up needing to go to a dental surgeon where they'd put me under sedation because the pain they caused was so excruciating. Not to mention that, despite being in agonizing pain, I was told that I needed to stop screaming.

Can be hard sometimes to get in timely appointments. Excellent resource for those on Medicaid or Medicare.

Forever a misdiagnosis. Never there fault. Never treating what you go in for. And very quick to just hand off prescriptions. Over billing or neglecting to tell you that services weren't covered by your insurance. Would be better treating yourself or heading to the emergency room.

Misinformation due to the culture of the people here led to sevre pain and problems for months on end. After going to a specialist I was advised NOT to do as the clinic told me.Besides the totally aweful pain and complete miss diagnosis these people are OK. Cheap and downtown. ?

This used to be the best dental clinic I ever used, but now that Dr. Bingham Is gone, the service is horrible, the receptionist is rude, the new dentist cannot get anything right. Her work fell apart three times now and she won't try to fix it without charging full price again. I don't think I'll be going back to Midtown Clinic until these people are replaced.

Dental work here is awful. I’m not sure if it’s because the dentists here are just students or because they don’t care about their patients. I waited weeks for this appointment to finally get my wisdom tooth out that was causing me discomfort and pain. I haven’t been able to sleep or eat right for weeks because of it. I called originally to Layton midtown but they told me I had to go to Ogden because they were fully booked for the month. So I did and when I arrived it took only 5 minutes of me getting to the office for them to tell me find somewhere else and we can’t help you here. I cried and begged them to help me or at least help me getting some medicine for the pain, I told them it was unbearable and it was killing me. They told me find someone else and basically kicked me out of the office. The dentist Christina Knutson wasn’t kind or helpful for me nor cared about me crying in her chair begging for help for my tooth. Despite telling her the other dentist in Layton midtown took it out with no issue at all and the same day too. Luckily I called another dentist who not only cared about my pain I was dealing with but also helped me get pain medication for my tooth and helped me get my wisdom tooth out too. The fact that another dentist was shocked that Knutson didn’t offer any prescription for the pain for my tooth nor help me at all, tells me this isn’t the right dental care for people. Don’t go here unless you want your time wasted and have people looked you away instead of helping you. Shame on this dental clinic and shame on that dentist from turning away a patient in need.

I used to see Ryan at the Davis location, but since he left I last saw Casey at the Ogden location. I have had over a dozen appointments with MTCHC and have never had a bad experience yet! I highly recommend MTCHC to anyone who needs medical care!
