This place is a joke! I went in to upgrade my phone and the lady working acted like I was broke and couldn't afford the one I wanted even tho i can. she was rude and I ended up not even getting a phone and walking out! Don't go to this metro unless the get new employees!

The person that acted like he helped me didn't do nothing but give me the run around and gave me an insurance company that had no idea what i was talking.

Metro on 12th street amazing quality customer service. The ladies here have great sense of humors and funny. It's nice to have a great time while shopping for a phone
