Lets be clear these scams need to stop this type of reporting is only good for vantage scores and is only recognized by vantage. No lenders or banks nor the mortgage scores of 5,4, ands 2 even recognizes them. Save yourself time and money. Also if your lender Is requesting these services to you they are all scamming you and they must have some skin in the game or getting kickback off your hard-work and due diligence. You v m build tile scope multiple ways really fast by doing other things not this c*** I will leave 2 stars for the heck of it.

We were referred to The Verification Company by our mortgage lender over at Fairway Independent Mortgage. *********************************** and The Verification Company went above and beyond our expectations and agreement with reporting rental history to my wife and my credit reports. I recommend to anyone needing that extra little push. Once our lease is up well be ready to purchase our first home.

The Verification Company helped improve my credit score by ***** points just before locking in a rate on a 30-year mortgage. Their services were invaluable and made the goal of home ownership possible, as it was one of the only services that actually made a difference on the credit reports that mortgage lenders use.

Here are the facts. Their interest rates are too high for construction loans. Other companies (Zions Bank, Greystone Mortgage, or your local credit union) can get you a better rate and save on origination fees....EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE 20% down. They are mis-managed. They will lie to you to keep you on the hook. Their attention to detail is beyond awful. You will keep asking, “what else do we need?” They will respond with, “We are good.” Only to find out they will cost you two months of time and not really do anything to advance your loan.Their local branch president thinks of you as a number rather than a customer...If you try to reach out to him to help solve a problem, he’ll treat you like garbage.So, in summary...too expensive, lies to keep you on the hook, no attention to detail, branch president is not a good person.Don’t go here.

They don't even deserve 1 star. If they give an expected closing date add at least another 2 weeks on top of it. Hopefully you get an extension and your current lease doesn't end and leave ypu homeless in the meantime.
