I had an issue in tbe car wash. I put my car in neutral but it just sat there. Ended up driving out. No harm done. This little boy that couldn't been more than 12, comes out and starts yelling at me as if I intentionally tried to ruin their equipment. They wouldn't allow me to use the complimentary vacuum and said I was not welcome back. Never asked me what happened or showed any concern that I recieved a half ass car wash. I'll find somewhere else to go.

Cleaned my jeep ok but it pulled my taillight off… decent amount of damage, however they did refund my wash.

The South Ogden location has been in a constant state of repair for months. The location is either completely closed, or they can only send one car through at a time with a 30+ minute wait. I’ve tried three times this past week to get my car washed and they’ve been closed. This is a complete waste of an “Unlimited Membership.” Very limited when the car wash is neither open or you need to spend a chunk of your day slowly waiting in line for a mediocre car wash. I’ve had an unlimited membership at this location before and since it changed ownership to Take 5. The convenience of being close to my home is worthless. Will be looking for another car wash closer to work. Take 5 must mean “we happily take your money, but one out of every five tries to get your car washed we might get to you.” Do better or get out of the game.

We have been members for almost 3 years and recently had our first damage issue. They denied the claim after they told us it was their fault for tightening one of the brushes too tight. And it took them two weeks to tell us they decided to deny it. I truly am disappointed in the way they handled this damage claim. The replacement for the side panel was less than our last oil change with them but they did not want deal with it. They’ve lost our business.

Been a member here for a while. At some point during the wash the lower door trim was torn off my wife car. When I spoke to the attendant he said the brush on that side of the car was just adjusted and it was too aggressive on the car, he even said it was the tunnels fault. I filed a claim that day. Now two weeks later I hear back on the claim being denied. Don't risk it here, these guys are not taking responsibility for damage caused! Go to Morty's down the hill. That is where I'll be washing my cars going forward.

On my first membership carwash, I waited for 30 minutes because the conveyor was broken. The car wash left heavy residue that required visiting another car wash to remove. I complained and asked for a refund and this was their reponse.

You missed the point. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for my first car wash at your South Ogden facility but your car wash left a oily chemical film all over my car and I had to go to another car wash down the street to wash that oily film off of my car that your car wash applied. I had carwash techs (they were replacing the conveyor) that work at your facility look at the film and they said that they were having a hard time with the chemical mixes.You still owe me the cost of a decent carwash, but I'm not worried about that. As a result of your asinine thoughtless response, I'll hammer you on google reviews again for more poor customer service and communication. It looks like I'm not the only 1-star review you've received recently. I'll also contact and report to the BBB in addition to letting anyone I have an opportunity to tell about my experience at your South Ogden carwash and the confirming 1-star Google reviews.

They always have something broken or shut down. For over a month they will only let one car in line. half the vacuums work and they are brand new. I wish this place would take some advice and just get your stuff working! Pay your employees to get it working and be open to the public and function.

Had membership for two months during which their belt was broken the whole time so the line would take 30 minutes plus. Then to cancel, GOOD LUCK! Impossible to get ahold of them and no one at the car wash will help you. Finally got it cancelled after finding a place online to do it and I got an email saying it was cancelled. 8 days later I am being charged for yet another month! This is a borderline scam and terrible service. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!

Take 5 in South Ogden has been steadily going downhill since taken over by Take 5. The grounds are no longer maintained and the inside is dirty and tunnel windows are heavily water spotted. The last time we went through, the conveyor would only pull one vehicle through at a time. They seem to be in the process of gathering parts to replace the conveyor. However, the wash itself left a haze on our windows when exited. We're done. There are better choices.

I recently visited this car was and it shattered my drivers side mirror. I went in and immediately reported the damage. They denied the claim because my vehicle is too old to be covered.

There has been some kind of oily film left all over my entire truck the past couple times I’ve gotten it washed here. It seems to be getting worse (especially the windows)Whatever it is, it takes some serious scrubbing to get off. Just got it washed today 7/26/24 and it was covered again.

Poor service the place looks like it’s an abandon building, the grass is so high and yellow. They have a sign that says the wait time is 30 mins. Whoever is running this place needs to step it up

Absolutely worst carwash ever. They close early every other day. Very frustrating. Also, the place is falling apart. Tire shine has been broken for months! Always out of soap. Total trash. They can only wash one car at a time. Machine has been broken for weeks. Go to the Take 5 in Farmington.

Highly recommend this place. Even in a stressful situation I was greeted with a big smile and positive attitude. Nelson was the best! Thank you so much for taking care of us on our way out to travel!
