Absolutely abysmal. The annoying voice on the phone condescendingly telling me to download an app I ALREADY FUCKING HAVE. I waited way too long just to get my concerns brushed off. If you want to get dismissed, ignored, and frankly nothing you're looking for, come here. If you want actual good treatment and care, go literally anywhere else. I think I'd get better treatment in a hospital prison than I have EVER gotten here.

After nearly a month and after numerous follow up calls made to the office receptionist regarding my lab work that should have taken no more than two days to be reviewed and posted to "portal" still has not been done - thankfully I'm educated enough to reach out to their vendor LabCorp to obtain my results. The receptionist I've dealt with was rude - no follow up on the facility to me was ever made and this has been an ongoing issue for almost three weeks. Poor service! Upon this review being made no one has followed up neither had the Dr. despite being told I would get a call within two days! A medical facility should be more professional and have best practices in place to ensure things like this do not fall through the cracks

Years ago, my son had to have his cast redone as the first time, they didn't put enough cotton for comfort and it was digging into his arm. I went for another Thyroid prescription, but they said I didn't need it anymore, as ineptitude would dictate, being my levels were better (due to taking Thyroid pills). Incompetent, pretentious, and cold-hearted, I was refused dental treatment when the dentist pulled a Holier-than-Thou attitude regarding something said about Christ, but here in Mormon Utah, the danger of finding a judgemental and inhumane individual in professional services is quite high. Sorry not sorry. Horrific, anyhow.

I love Midtown Clinic! The staff is wonderful, they keep great records and have helped me tremendously to keep track of my children's medical needs. Great team for referrals, help making sure that my insurance covers my medical needs. Great communication with patients, and helping me communicate with other providers (specialists). They have a great pediatrics team in the Children's Clinic in Washington Terrace, and the staff and medical team at the Adams Avenue office are great as well. The wait time at urgent care can be long. Bring a snack and a book to read.

This place is horrible. My girlfriend has been trying to contact her physician for 5 DAYS, calling multiple times a day to get refill on her prescription and every time she gets a receptionist that says "we'll let the doctor know". She still has not actually spoke with her physician directly. She had to find an emergency clinic to get the prescription she needed that is extremely detrimental to her physical health. Without it she can't work, or hardly function at all. This place is absolute bullshit and should be sued if you ask me. Go somewhere where they actually care about their patients.

I do appreciate Midtown for all they do and for all the help they provide to the community. You may have to wait up to two weeks for an appointment but where else can you get good care at a severe discount!

I worked here previously and then came back. The staff are competent and very easy to work with. Management is not over-controlling and very easy to communicate with. I've been here a total of 21 months now. I never thought I would be in a community health center this long, but the mental health services offered are great, with competitive pay. Happy to be part of this team.

I feel as though Midtown Clinic has a bad reputation due to its location and the fact that it is more geared toward low income parties. I have often have had to go to midtown for small problems, and even though you might run in to some really strange people, the facility is always really clean, the ladies running the front are helpful and the doctors and nurses they have on hand are great. I haven't really had any negative experiences with Midtown except for the lengthy wait to be seen by a doctor. But for the price, you really can't beat it. All in all, if you're looking for some medical help in the Ogden area that is cheap and decent quality, Midtown is your place. Just don't expect to be seen right away.
