I ordered 211 papers to be delivered and the day for delivery was not made. The following day I did receive the order but only received 175 of the 211 ordered wich I had to pick up. Wen I asked for a delivery cost adjustment from the $70 charge I was given $1 and some change from the manager.Very incompetent and not caring for customers to return for repeat business. I'm done with these guys

I tried to complete the survey but the id number was cut off my receipt, but I wanted to complement Martin manzo from the garden dept and Jodie from the appliance dept. Martin helped me select a snow blower, as I had no idea about them because being from So. California where we have no snow. Martin was very knowledgeable and professional. Jodi was instrumental in getting the paperwork done and they made a great team and got my snow blower delivered the next day. I hope someone at lowes sees this and gives these folks a deserved well done

Just wanted to give a big thank you to the new asst Manager, JD. he helped me locate a product that I wasn't able to locate anywhere else. He went the extra mile and climbed up ladders to locate the item so I didn't leave empty handed.Awesome job. Thanks so much!

Most horrible customer service. I will never be shopping at Lowe’s again. I waited two weeks for blinds without any calls - I had to call them for updates. Was quoted vastly different prices, and then told that they cannot cut blinds in-house. Still have no blinds. Was not refunded my money. Contacted their corporate office with no response back. Terrible, terrible service.

Worst customer service. Go anywhere but here for appliances, bought a refrigerator on Wenesday, told it would be delievered on Friday. The clerk said I would be called on Thursday to set appointment. No call. On Friday at noon I called Lowes to find out where it was. I was told it was on the truck and should show up soon. No show at 8pm I was told they would check and get back to me. Well here it is noon on Saturday and no one seems to know where the frig is at. Lowes uses a third party service to deliver there products. Both need to pull there heads out and take a good look at their service.

You could begin with your service desk! Rude and short, even going as far as hanging up when I was mid sentence. I don’t know what has happened but I now will shop Home Depot.

Called placed a order in early hours by afternoon they couldn't tell me my order status. Called and was hung up on by the lady at service desk. Home depot should thank them for pushing customer their way. Ordered at home depot and it was cheaper by $10. Thanks for making Home Depot my new store.

My favorite Lowe's. The staff is polite and always willing to help. I drive right past a Home Depot to get here. The Home Depot seems to look at non contractors like second class citizens. I always feel valued at Lowe's!
