Nice old park. Swimming area has been greatly preserved. The original swimming pool from the Sandlot. Very nostalgic place.

Playground: All new and updated. Kids enjoy it. I'm not a fan of the wood chips instead of sand. Advantage, no mud puddles.Dog-friendliness: Dogs can enjoy "on-leash" hanging out with you. Large grass area if you want to play fetch but careful of street if your dog likes to run away. Great area for soccer.Picnic area: West side of the Stadium. Small single Pavilion (needs cleaning). Next to play ground and parking is close. Large grass area for games. Shade on south side. Bathrooms on far east side of Stadium (bit of a small walk). East side, big Pavilion, skate park, playground and public swimming pool.

It's really a nice little park, and it would be even more nice if people would just pick up their own trash.

What a great place to cool off in the pool and relax on their lounge chairs. When you get hungry or thirsty just pop over to the concession stand. It's clean and a fabulous place to be on a hot summer day. Dina is friendly and helpful.

The park is well maintained, there is a community pool, a skateboard park, lots of grassy areas and mature trees for shade. The Pioneer Days Rodeo is one of the best in the country.

Went to the rodeo. They had vendors, mostly food, beer. We sat on the benches, which confused people who were trying to find their seats. They need more numbering or something. Bring stadium seats if you sit there, they are not comfortable. Seeing rodeo events was fun though.

Great park! It's by the river and is close to the river parkway. There's a skate park, swinging pool, play ground, picnic and bbq area. And restrooms! It's a great place for birthday parties or just to get out of the house! Enjoy!

It's a nice little park with playgrounds, a pool, a river, and a pathway that goes east to Rainbow Gardens and west to a pond. The only downside is the run-down bathrooms.
