Frankie and Sara were a great help, they made my first experience buying glasses an enjoyable one. They were knowledgeable and addressed any concerns or questions I had. I am so excited for my new glasses to arrive and am already looking forward to coming in to get another pair.

I always appreciate my experiences at LensCrafters. They consistently provide excellent customer service, and I am grateful to have purchased another set of glasses from them. This will be my sixth pair of glasses and my second order of sunglasses with them. Gracie, the associate who assisted me, did an outstanding job answering all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and respectful.

I had been going to this Lenscrafters for 20 years. Then they sold me a pair of defective glasses. The uv coating started coming off just a few weeks after I got them. I called them and they said that there was nothing they could do because I did not add their in-house insurance to the glasses and a replacement (for the defective glasses) would be almost $400. It's time now for another pair of glasses now and I'm looking for another place to go. I do still love the optometrist there though.

I recently visited LensCrafters and had the pleasure of being assisted by Athena, who went above and beyond to help me with adjustments on glasses I had ordered online from another company. My experience with the online purchase was frustrating—I should have come to LensCrafters in the first place.
Despite her best efforts to adjust the glasses, we found out that the prescription I ordered online ended up being incorrect, with the wrong reading power. Athena quickly identified these issues and got me in for a new eye exam.
Athena’s dedication and genuine care for her customers were evident throughout the process. She provided exceptional customer service, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. After recognizing the prescription issue, Athena promptly arranged for an eye exam with Dr. Easton Kelsey, who answered all my questions clearly and patiently.
If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and professional eye care, I highly recommend Athena and the team at LensCrafters. Their expertise and dedication made all the difference, and I will definitely be returning for all my future eyewear needs.

LensCrafters never disappoints! They have the best quality stuff, and the best prices of any other shop I’ve been to. Shout out to Athena.
