they close two hours prior to what is on google. closed at 3:00 not 5:00. update your hours so you’re not wasting people’s time. i was already skeptical about coming here when reading other reviews. don’t waste your time coming here. they’ll probably be closed anyway.

Although the technicians who do the blood drawing are amazing... (kind, quick, and painless even!) the scheduling app needs updated with the office systems. I schedule online (that worked), but I get a text that has a link to check in, so I do, and it gives me a confirmation. It then says to wait in your car till they text you when they are ready for you. SO I wait 30 min in my car, then go inside... and the lady at the front desk says I'm not checked in, and I grab my phone and show her that I am. She says I'm not -it's not showing in her computer. So I have to go to the kiosk, check in, and then wait ANOTHER 30 Minutes because the room is full of people ahead of me. My appointment was at 10:30AM, and I didn't get out of there till 12:00. I told them about the situation, and asked if they could put in a tech ticket... they said they don't deal with that stuff. But yet... everyone that comes in is upset with them and they complain how everyone is so rude. This clinic is as efficient and useful as our government.

Well, after reading all the reviews, I wonder if we are talking about the same place. With the number of people rating the place as a"1," it would suggest that the Ogden LabCorp has room to improve ... and probably does. Hopefully, management will address the issues.HOWEVER, personally I get bunch of blood drawn twice a year and every time that I have gone, I have found that the staff have been quick, accurate and (mostly) friendly ESPECIALLY if I treat them in a friendly manner.Something to think about ==> Let's (all of us) make it our goal to leave every person, place or situation BETTER THAN WE FOUND THEM. When we do so, we will cause a leavening affect to occur and people will rise to our collective positive engagements.Recently, a major league baseball team booed a player for every mistake he made. His performance tanked. He could do no right. He felt worthless. THEN, the fans, lead by one newscaster, decided to cheer for him -- regardless of what he did or how bad his performance was. In short order, his performance rose markedly. Can't we do the same?

I set an appointment online and came in the building. Parking was easy and the labcorp was easily found down the side hall off the main first level. Front desk associate was very nice and there was no wait. My technician was friendly and quick and professional. I was in and out in under 15 min. I think if you were a walk-in you should be okay without an appointment.

I was in there today and met Sylvia at the front desk. I was a little early, but she took me back and did a great job. I was done and out of there a couple minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment time. Not only was it quick and painless, but Sylvia was fun and friendly. She made the whole experience a pleasant one.

The absolute worst. I gave 2 doctor's orders that were basically the same. I asked if I could just do one draw and send the results to both docs. The receptionist didn't know how to do it. Another person came to show her how. They were putting in 2 separate orders when 3rd person walked up and said you can't do that or the insurance will be billed twice and won't pay. She will be stuck with a huge bill. I said isn't there a spot to say send results to these DRs. I asked how long for results? They said 4-5 days. 2 weeks later I went to the doctor to go over results. He didn't have them. This Dr is not on my insurance so I had to pay lots of money for nothing. I called LabCorp several times and no response. Day before my visit 2 months later I called lab and left message to please make sure 2nd dr had results before 10am the following day. And you guessed it no results there either. DO NOT GO HERE. Unfortunately they are the only lab covered by my insurance. That's the next call I'll be making.

The staff is incompetent and rude, but I have to go here because they have a monopoly. My advice would be to go over everything your doctor ordered with the staff up front AND in the back before your tests, because they will find a way to screw it up otherwise. The arrogant staff will say "we understand, you're all set" but don't trust them. Actually verify line by line unless you want to go back later in the day because they forgot something.

Lady at the front desk was not personable, very rude, the check in machine/kiosk froze for a few minutes and I asked what i needed to do and her reply was "I don't know, figure it out" that was back in February. Had to go get some paper copy results recently. The lady at the front desk was awful, very rude again! Yelling at a elderly man who didn't understand something instead of offering to help. I NEVER would use this location again.

Absolutely impersonal. I walked in and 6 women were standing around. They wanted me to do a hopeless automation check-in. I told them I don't do well with technology. They said too bad, you need to check in. I hope they never need assistance of that type and run into folks like themselves. Never go there again.

The google directions are wrong. Labcorp is IN the Medical Plaza. On the first floor, walk past the elevators and down hallway on the right. If you make an appointment with them you don't have to wait too long. This is the second time I've been here, and they have been nice and efficient both times.

Literally was sitting down for 1 min before they called my name. Fast and easy process. People seem to be complaining about the location and hard to find. Ste 112 isn't in the main hospital, It's in the "Medical Plaza" building just north of the hospital. The building has the number "425" on it. Just go through the main doors, walk straight, then take a right. Hope this helps.

It took me 20 minutes to find the actual building/entrance. It is not labeled well at all. Google maps has no clue. I also couldn’t get through on the phone to ask them to help me find the location.I arrived right at 3, when they close, and they almost didn’t draw my blood. I drove 45 minutes to get here and luckily the phlebotomist said she would still draw me. (Thank You!!) They were so kind to me and was able to get me drawn with one stick!! I seriously wanted to cry.UPDATE YOUR SIGNS and DIRECTIONS, please!!! For the sake of everyone panicking to find you!

My son had to go here to get his blood drawn. Sylvia was our tech. She was very friendly and helpful and had wonderful suggestions to try and help with my son's fear of medical facilities. Also it was very easy to get results.
