I stopped into this branch earlier today to just get some money out of my checking account.I walked inside they’ve taken away all the tiller places except one. I waited there for 10 minutes. Other people were coming and going and sitting in little cubicles. Then I was told that I had to go sit in the cubicle so I could withdraw some cash. They said that’s the way all the banks are.I believe that they think it’s a big joke to watch people stand there at the teller window the only teller window they’ve got and not say anything. When I was leaving, there was another lady standing there And I said to her don’t waste your time you have to go talk to the person in the cubicle and she said why did they take away all the teller stations. She says maybe it’s time to change banks.I’ve been with KeyBank since before it was KeyBank and it was commercial security Bank, which was a long time ago And I’m thinking of dropping them also.My advice if you need to get a bank stay away from KeyBank

I continue to receive letters requiring me to visit a branch and verify my account information. We have done this at least four times only to be told my information is accurate! Today we receive two more letters (wife and myself). I contacted the main office only to be told they could not help me, "I would need to visit the branch ". Guess I will close my account and move my funds to another bank!

The teller was on her cell phone. She was talking to the person on her phone. She had to ask me again what I wanted. I let her know she would have retained the information I gave her had she not been on her phone.

While cashing a check I was asked for my Social Security Number. I asked why they needed my SS# the teller got angry and said it was to identify me. So I asked him how he was using it to identify me and the teller said take the check and go to your bank and cash it. So I will I highly recommend going to another bank and avoid this one at all cost. Why do they have to charge $8 to cash a check drawn on there bank anyway.

Anne Marie is amazing to work with. She is personable and so willing to help with anything she can. I have never met a bank employee that goes above and beyond like she does. Hands down the best branch Key Bank has.

I was handling the affairs of my elderly mother, a KeyBank customer for around 60 years. The management of the Harrisville, Utah branch suggested I become an authorized user on her credit card to assist in paying her bills as she aged. When she passed away over three years ago, I took a copy of her death certificate to the branch to notify them of her death and to close her safety deposit box. At that time, I put the credit card on Tyler Wilson’s desk and asked what to do wit

I am not a customer, but I went in to exchange a $20.00 bill for two rolls of quarters and they said they couldn’t do it. Something about fraud! What was the fraud? My bank is in Phoenix and I needed laundry money. I am moving here but I definitely will not be changing my banking to Key Bank!!

I just went in to cash my payroll check and they told me every bank in Utah charges a fee to cash their own checks! Really? I have never had to pay money to cash a check from the bank it originated from! This is ridiculous, $7.50 to cash a check is extreme! Then I was treated poorly because I told them my opinion! This will never be a bank I will open an account at!

Brought check in that someone wrote me who banked with Key. They wanted to charge a $7.00 fee to cash their own check. Not a good way to make new customers. The lady was very rude and told me that all banks charged fees to cash their own checks. She is wrong. They are the only bank I have ever been to that does it. Shame on you KEY!
