I recently purchased a Buick from this dealership. I worked with Zach Simpson. He was amazing to work with. No pressure buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed when I asked a bunch of questions. We worked out a great deal for my new car and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be back for future purchases. There was a great energy in the building when I walked in. First class buying experience. Erin was great to work with too. Great energy and lots of positivity. I appreciate everything!

Took my Buick Enclave to be looked at and fixed for clunk in front end when making turns. I made it clear that it was a definite clunk and what elicited the sound so they could drive and figure it out. After having it all day they said it was just the fender bumper had fallen down and was rubbing. I told them this isn’t a rubbing sound. They reassured it me was fine that it needed axel seal repair. One day after driving it, and sure enough, big old clunk turning into a dip in a parking lot. They didn’t listen and didn’t fix the problem, now I got to find someone who actually knows how to properly look and fix the problem. Super annoying.

But I have something to quick to say. You ever walk into a new place and they look at you like you shouldn't be there, and you get the feeling they want you out of there? That's the feeling I get at the service department.....

I went in yesterday to buy a Yukon. I knew what I wanted. I didn’t even test drive it. I had ten kids with me and cash. It took hyrumn 2.5 hours to even give me the price. By that time the kids had had it and I had no more time to sign papers for another 45 minutes. My kids were making fun of all the Ken Garff billboards all the way home about hearing you and helping you and selling you a car in 60 minutes. It’s all crap. They are just like every other dealership. Nothing but games and sales tactics. I literally was the only customer in the store the entire time so it’s not like they were busy. Maybe that should have been my first clue.

Rude and disrespectful. Threatened me with the price that I have to buy it or will increase it if I do not agree on the spot. This is some street thing not professional place. also the attitude that he talked to me in it unbelievable. who would you think you are. No matter who you are. this is an animal behavior and you should be with them out there.

Jacob is the freakin best!!! I’ve been going here for years for my oil change. ( Love the advantage care package) but yesterday I had to do my hundred thousand mile maintenance on my Acura MDX. Jacob helped me schedule the appointment, Let me know on my last oil change what would be needed for this appointment, gave me a heads up on price so I could budget. And then the day of my appointment came, and he was so freakin awesome! Had the shuttle ready for me, kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, gave me an accurate ETA on when it would be completed. And just all in all was the freaking best. Super communicative, very knowledgeable, and friendly! I felt like he has my interest in mind, and never made me feel pressured or like I was another “sale”. I’ll definitely be going back for years to come! Thank you Jacob and Ken Garff for hiring him! He’s awesome!!

On July 1st I was able to purchase my dream car with the help of Zach, Tenille and the lovely lady who had pretty nails (likely a manager)!!! I was so so happy and could not be more grateful to them all! I gave them my budget amount and they listened and did me so good! I debated 4 stars because I did have a not-so-nice encounter with a man who i was told is the “boss.” Had me wait in the lobby for an hour to fill out four lines on a piece of paper, when I asked if there was a reason I waited so long he just mumbled at me as if I were an inconvenience. Didn’t appreciate that but that bad apple clearly isn’t touching the rest of the team because everyone else is great!!!

I'm calling you guys out I thought when they said they listened to you that was just another gimmick to get people to come in so I started my purchase through the online ended up working with Mike over there to Riverdale GMC he found the truck I wanted he listened to what I wanted didn't try to change my mind about what I wanted and found the truck that best fit my description plus a little more appreciate all your help Mike and it ended up being in my truck was in Colorado and had to be brought here to Utah Mike and John got together and John took care of all the details and made sure that it happened and it happened on time or better than on time thanks for going the extra mile gentleman made my experience a very good one and yes they suggested some things that I did not want but if you didn't have that would you really have a good dealer

** Update July 26 - so they commented and said they would look into this. It’s been weeks and I have still heard nothing. Bill the sales guy won’t return my calls/messages. Just know this is what to expect from Ken Garff Riverdale. **
Today was my first visit to the Ken Garff GMC Service Department on Riverdale Road, so I had a lot of questions. I was also told several things that contradicted what I was told over the phone when I made the appointment. Because I had a lot of questions, Will who seemed to be in charge today – was a condescending jerk! Because of Will and how he treated me, I won’t be back to Ken Garff for service. Because the staff can’t get their stories straight, I won’t be doing business with any Ken Garff location. I enjoyed working with Bill Acree who sold me the truck, but he also gave me some bad information. He said that all the required maintenance had been completed. Today the service dept told me that the 30k and 45k service have not been done $800+. I also hated working with Bill’s boss, the closer. He added over an hour to the transaction trying to sell an extended warranty that I did not want. I almost walked away. Lastly, I did purchase 3 Advantage Care oil changes with the truck for $150. When I used the first one today, I was charged $55 for parts (oil and filter) and $28.50 for shop supplies (I was told this was for the tech’s scanner use), and $15.53 in tax. My pre-paid oil change cost me another $99.03! 1/10 for Ken Garff Riverdale Sales AND ESPECIALLY the Service Department.

The lady with blonde hair is such a treat not nice at all. Everyone in the service department is rude and doesn't listen. I had an oil change that was supposed to take 30 minutes it took 3 hours. I'm not happy with this.

Be aware. They have an absolutely 0 returns policy. Even if it's the next day. They are absolute scum and will start gaslighting you and claim you threatened them. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE. YOU HAVE BEENED WARNED. I am sure they will post a reply to this acting like they care. But I can assure you they do not.
