Definitely friendly service Valery & Dustin was very helpful she answered all my questions and I was always notified about progress of my car and notified immediately when my car was ready! They also offer a quick shuttle service anywhere in the city! The car met my expectations and more they put in 110 percent! Will always take my vehicle here if I need them again! I wish I had a before photo! It looks like a new car now!!

They are ok. Wait time was about 7x the time they told me. 4 days vs 14 days. Nice customer service but paint was orange peel.

This place is a joke! It started out as a question...why is my final bill more than 15% more than the cost of the services performed?? Tax rate isn't nearly that, and there was zero explanation on the invoice texted to me. When I went to pick up my vehicle they informed me it was a $22 "shop fee" I then asked what exactly that is for. His response was it's for things used in the shop, like tools. I was not happy and called it a BS charge. He informed me every one charges this BS charge. I don't, was my response. That could have been the end of it but the other clown working there decided to give his two cents worth in the most patronizing tone with a condescending smirk. I've never been treated in a more rude fashion by someone dealing with me as a paying customer. They all but begged me to never return. This was strike 2 and 3 for Ken Garff. Strike one happened a couple years ago when they told me the pitman arm needed to be replaced. I told them I would take it to Jerry Seiner GMC in Bountiful where I purchased the truck to get that done. Jerry Seiner looked at it and said there was not an issue with it. So, I took it to an independent shop and they confirmed what Jerry Seiner had told me. I should have cut ties with Ken Garff then, but today was the last straw. I'll drive the extra miles to Jerry Seiner from now on.

This place is pretty busy so sometimes communicating with them was challenging. That being said they did a great job with my vehicle and I would highly recommend them. If I need any body work done again this is where I'm going.

Do not go to service department. I made a appointment with my truck for a oil change and brake fluid change. They sent me the video of it on the lift saying they were completing the work. When I picked it up I paid for the service and I decided to check the brake fluid to verify the work that I paid for. It was not serviced and no signs of being attempted. The tech came out and said that they have a way to do it so it looks like it was never touched. I called him out on it and he then agreed that the service was not completed. Then it was a hassle for them to refund the work that wasn't performed. Will never go back. How many other people have paid for a service that was never done? I'm sure I wasn't the first!

Got my car repaired here and they replaced my trunk lid and right marker light. I had my mother pick up the car because I was working so she didn’t think she needed to look over the car. The next day when I see the car, I notice that the tail light is completely different from the other one. Tony my advisor took no blame saying he didn’t see it and now it’s been another week and they’ve ask for money twice in 1 week totaling $400 for 1 tail light on a 2010. Don’t expect them to do it right and they’re probably sneaking extra money from insurance agencies lol.Service: Body & Trim

It appears this shop has quite the history of incompetence. I've found more damage caused by this shop so I get to babysit this nightmare some more.Lets run this down point by point.On drop off I used the key drop. First I marked I didn't want to receive text messages. It is lazy. 2nd I left the field open for getting my parts back. They couldn't follow up on that much. Let alone I didn't know my car was received until I got a text message.I called a few days later to follow up. I told them what part to keep. After being hit I bought a cheap set of lenses to protect the socket. On pickup the part wasn't there. The estimator went looking and came back with a junk yard part. Me "I bought new." Him "This is what we have." (See pics) They didn't have it because they didn't bother to replace it. But they charged the insurance co. (See pics) Don't do me any favors.They also didn't bother to replace a damaged bug shield. I measured out 5' and you can still see it clearly.Day of pickup I call at 3 to verify it'll be ready. I learned they didn't have a bumper for it yet. So nobody knew this over the past 2 weeks? It magically was discovered 2.5 hours before it was due?When I picked up there was a baggie of misc. screws in the cup holder left over. Those were quickly taken away.An auto shop class would server you better.

I was beyond impressed with the customer service here. Needed service on two vehicles. (Had a horrible experience with a different dealership) so I was leery. But this proved to be a day and night different experience!!!! Zach in the service department was in constant communication with me. Even shared pictures and video of what needed to be done. The employees are friendly, customer oriented, and they actually answer their phones!!!! They were fast and efficient and actually worked on my car when my appointment was! (None of this happened at the dealership in Layton!). So thank you for renewing my faith in customer service. I know where my loyalty will be from now on!
