I ordered moveable panels for my small dog daycare and boarding facility. Before ordering, I had questions and used the chat feature on their website. I found it to be very helpful. While waiting for my order, I had a question about shipping and emailed the K9 Kennel Store and they were very responsive and helpful. I received what I ordered and it arrived in good shape. Putting it together was a mild pain because there were no instructions, but we figured it out. We've been using the system for over a month now and I'm very happy with it.

Please please please ask yourself if you would possibly return this item. I ordered the potty station and it came in on ups truck normal delivery guy delivers it. I open it up and the turf tiles will not lay flat because you have to evidentially "cut them". But, we looked closer and it looked like the metal was warped because it went in in the middle and back out towards the corners. I called them to ask and sent pictures. They wanted to replace it, but at this point I'm like nope this is poor craftsmanship so I opted to return it. I had my own label printed and even had ups pick it for 28$ I got my refund processed today and they charged around 70$ for shipping. Really?? If they are truly paying 70$ for shipping then they are getting ripped off. I tried to explain that shipping should have been 28$ I sent it the exact same way it came but they wouldn't hear of it. So I lost about 40$ because of over priced shipping. Plus I am disabled with a hand injury and there would have been no way I could have cut hard plastic to make it fit. That should really be in their description if that is truly what you have to do.

I can't leave less than one star so this rating is far from accurate. I bought two K9 feeding and watering stations for my dogs. I ordered them in more than enough time to get them set up prior to a family vacation. a few weeks went by so I called to cancel because they would not come in time and when talking to Darin I was given the confidence that the products would not be shipped and I would get a full refund. The exact opposite happened! The items showed up at my house even though Darin reassured me that he went over to shipping and took care of my request in person. Although I did finally get a partial refund I am disappointed in the service due to still being charged for shipping items back that I canceled in enough time for them not to be shipped. I would steer clear of this place and take my business to Amazon. When I order something from Amazon I can get my money back with no bullshit or questions asked. This is the minimum experience a customer should have when spending HARD Erned money..

My kennels were packed well prior to shipping, this was confirmed with pictures they sent me prior to shipping. However some panels did receive some minor damage during shipping, not bad enough to refuse the shipment. I described the damage on the shipping invoice, took pictures and contacted k9 kennels.They were quick to address my concerns and and make things right! This is my second purchase from k9 kennels, and I have yet to find a better constructed kennel.I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!

SAVE YOUR MONEYYou would think that this expensive doghouse would be of quality construction.....but NO. It actually appears to be some plastic child's toy made in China. As the photos show after a 6 month GSD puppy began pulling the interior plugs and spilling the insulation making this pretty worthless. Maybe a (very) expensive chicken coop. Maybe that's what they were designed for in the first place! What a RIP OFF. Wish I would have read the Yelp reviews first (which run about 80% negative). I can't believe this outfit is still in business. This was only a few months after purchase and the warranty is also worthless. They sent me USED replacement plugs and said thank you very much....NOT. Only thankful my dog didn't eat the insulation and plugs. Time to call the lawyer I guess. BUYER BEWARE.

I've tried for a year to order an indoor/outdoor kennel for 3 dogs. I have reached out and gotten no response. I have checked their reviews and customer support was their weakness. I love the product but had to order from somewhere else.

Wanted to buy 30 gate panels to replace some of ours. My contractor called and left two messages Monday and one message Tuesday. No response. I went to their Ogden, Utah facility on Tuesday afternoon. Couldn't find a salesperson - no actual storefront. A worker pointed me in the direction of two unmarked doors in another building. Poked my head in and walked away. A lady finally came out said, "Can I help you."" No thank you. I won't be doing business with them. From what I saw, I'm sure all the complaints are very accurate.

My doggy daycare LOVES K9Kennel Store. We have 18 of their tempered safety glass k9 doors, and 10+ of their full-stall steel and vinyl kennels. They have amazing quality products, and their customer service is 10/10. We're excited to be ordering plenty of more units from K9 Kennel Store.

My small business loves K9 Kennel Store and their products! We have over 14 of their tempered glass safety doors and 10 of their full-stall steel kennels. Amazing quality, great customer service and it saves me so much time setting up their kennels as opposed to building them myself. I can't wait to buy more units from K9 Kennel Store!

I purchased these kennels, and with under a year of use, they are rusted. The fabrication of the units was poor causing delays in assembly because we had to drill our own holes through metal as none of them matched up and we received all one sides, not both sides of the kennels. Furthermore, the design is dangerous, and in order to make use of them, you need to retrofit safety pins into the locks to keep dogs from falling out of the doors and heavy duty magnets in the swivel bowl holders to prevent dogs from falling out. The powder coat finish peeled off and exposed rusty bars underneath in only a few months of use. According to a company I had come assess if they could fix the powder coat, the base coat was either not applied or they put it over previously rusted metal. The deck flooring is dangerous as dog paws can easily get stuck, so I ordered custom beds to prevent dogs from being injured. The edges are incredibly sharp making them dangerous for dogs and humans. The glass windows have come loose. I could go on and on about the poor quality.I tried for months to contact this company to rectify the problems, and they ignored all of the voicemails and emails. Conveniently, a year later, when their warranty was up, I head from them demanding payment which was rightfully returned to me by American Express. K9 Kennels ignored AMEX as well and American Express gave me a full refund. However, they are demanding I pay for them in full. You really do get what you pay for, and I highly advise against ordering anything from this company.

Terrible customer service. My order arrived damaged. Per their instructions I refused the damaged pieces and have received zero response to many emails. The product that remains at my home came assembled and is so heavy my 2 adult children and I cannot lift it I received no assembly parts for the shelves. The floor was crushed and refused. The roof was coming apart and refused. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Talked with a girl named Tasha with cove products on my shipment of kennels that were damaged from there warehouse. Not only were they highly unprofessional with placing blame on me but tried charging me $800 for the shipment of damaged goods. Avoid this company like the plague. Highly unprofessional and rude. We were going to order a 40 unit kennel set up for our facility with them but they have lost our trust and will communicate there dishonestly with the BBB!

Quick N Clean Galvanized Cage Bank 1 or 2 Units$1,029.00. not suitable for puppies. Not sure why I would put a big dog in this. Maybe for vet office. They told me it was suitable for pups. Wish I could get my money back. It sits and collects dust.

I have just received and assembled my second set of their stainless steel cages. We are a very busy grooming shop and needed sturdy cages to replace our old ones . The first set of cages came with a door that didn't quite fit right and they replaced it immediately. I was so impressed with the quality of the the customer service and the product that I order more and again the customer and product was perfect. Thank you guys!
