Was really interested in viewing, but the people in your office are so busy they have to put people out for three days. I lost my interest I think dealing with them would be a horrifying monthly experience.

Beautiful, spacious luxury apartments! We loved living here. Dave who does maintenance, shows apartments, etc. is very kind and helpful and a great asset to the community. The double doors that lead to the street are big and heavy. It was not an issue when I first moved in as my disability had not advanced to the point of needing more than the occasional cane use. But once I needed a walker and even an electric scooter/wheelchair, those doors became an obstacle for me. They don't have a handicapped button to automatically open the doors. One night, I actually became caught in the door- my electric scooter and I halfway in/out- and had to call my son to come help me get through. The doors were just too heavy for me when in a seated position. But over all, great place.

Not worth the insane rent prices. The units look nice, but living here is a huge headache. Tap to read details.Management is ineffective. We requested a lease renewal 60 days in advance and they did not respond to us until the day before our renewal date, only to tell us we were going month to month. We had to get them to provide us a new lease agreement around noon that day, and get 3 signature from our family members the SAME DAY BY 5PM, leaving me to panic and try to get ahold of my family to get them to sign the documents while at work. They took away the door code BEFORE communicating with residents, and did not provide the new code to residents for "security reasons", making us buy an additional $50 key fob. The security issue seems to be kids defacing the lobby and banging on doors and windows in the hallways. From what I've observed, those kids all live in the building, which renders the code change useless. Management will not email residents about their children being a nuisance in the building despite multiple pleas and video proof. The lack of door code also makes it impossible for some delivery drivers to deliver packages to the building, so have fun picking up all your packages from warehouses across town. You'll fight with gym goers for parking space because it's shared, unless you pay even more for very limited reserved parking. The walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything in your neighbors apartments. For "luxury" this is unacceptable. You will have to provide your own washer and dryer. Have fun getting them installed, and moving or selling them when you move out. Another $1000+ down the drain.None of the doors line up properly somehow. They all either let in air from outside or rattle while closed. Again, this is "luxury".The one plus is that the new maintenance person is very kind and makes sure our problems are taken care of. Until he got here, we tried to get maintenance to replace our broken dishwasher for 4 months and multiple maintenance tickets. Once the new person came to check it out, our dishwasher was replaced in a couple days. The fact that they let things go like this for so long is genuinely unbelievable.

Super hard to get a hold of. We got our renewal letter 2 weeks before our 60 day notice was due, don’t know how they expect residents to make their mind up in two weeks, on top of it, it took us over 1 week to get our 60 days notice in due to their lack of emailing back or calling back. Residents don’t respect quiet hours. It’s been around a week now that I have called and emailed them about our upstairs neighbors playing loud music and moving things around. They start with their music around 11:30 pm and sometimes it is 3-4 am and it is still going. They have yet not even bother on calling us or emailing us back. It is really frustrating. Yes the views are amazing, the apartments are gorgeous, but is it worth living here? No it is not. Not sound proof at all. You can even hear neighbors arguing. Our neighbors downstairs argue all the time, doors slamming, hitting walls, you can literally hear everything.

The new Property Manager Briana, Leasing Agent Kevana, and Maintenance Manager Gadier got my HVAC fixed within a couple of weeks of being on board at the company. AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WAITING! They appear to be just what the company needed!!! A great team that's willing to do whatever it takes to things done!!! I hope they are here for a long time to come. They've given me confidence in this company for the FIRST TIME in almost a year!!! Best Property Management/Maintenance team they've had here yet!!!

Terrible communication! Don’t expect anything what they tell you to be the truth and are happy to waste your time.

The actual place was awesome very poorly ran lived here for almost 5 years never got anyone to call me back at the office always had to go through Dave on site manager would of left along time ago if it wasn’t for him.Had the carpets cleaned before I left and professionally cleaned before I left still got charged a cleaning fee for carpets emailed and got a response that I would be out by certain date and they charged me for a week extra let on site manager know keys were on the table said all is good. And not to boot they sold my parking spot before I even left. like I said way cool place I have 4 places in the u.s. I travel a lot and this was my favorite by far but absolutely the worst managed place out of all of them.

They Have a lack of communication with there tenets. Also don’t forget to drop a chunk of money when you move out.P.s. to save anyone time when they leave don’t clean out your apartment there still going to charge you regardless.

I am one month into my lease at Junction View, and I have to say, I love it here. Great view from my apartment, so close to everything Ogden has to offer. The management including maintenance is absolutely amazing and friendly. I had to move during the middle of the pandemic (Cov-19) and they made everything easy to get done and ready to move in without a problem. The only thing I would say, is there is one elevator in the building that works 1 out of 10 times (random) but hey you know, that has nothing to do with Junction View or its staff, its just one of those things. I am pleased that they are trying to get it fixed. If you looking to move somewhere, where you can enjoy the night life and have great views, I highly recommend Junction View Apartments.

Staying at Junction View is like renting from a top rated resort - the property itself is 5 stars - the management and staff take this feeling up and over the top!!! We extend a big thank you to Dave 1 - Dave 2- Deseree (our first point of contact and powerful first impression) and Drew! We are so lucky!
