Extremely disappointed. At first glance it looked acceptable but as I drove home the more I saw and it wasn’t good at all. I feel I paid $200 to have my carpet shampooed. I used Jerr in the past and they did satisfactory work but I will never use them again. The quality of work is horrible. I don’t think they even attempted to clean my door panels, they looked exactly the same as they did when I dropped it off. My chrome steering wheel was actually dirtier when I picked it up. I could have definitely done a better job myself. If I could give zero stars I would. The chrome should shine like a diamond but falls way short.

Paid over $500 for full detail and rail dust removal. When I went to pick it up, I discovered paint and scratches on my wheel because (I assume) they had hit the curb when pulling out of the bay. I don’t expect perfection but you can’t hit a curb that hard and not know it happened. So the fact that no one said anything is probably what bothers me the most. On top of that, there were a handful of missed spots. Again, I didn’t expect perfect but between these errors and the scratched wheel, I decided to call them and leave a message since it was now a couple hours after closing time on a Friday. Around noon Tuesday, I hadn’t heard back from them so I called in. I mentioned the scratched wheel and was told there isn’t any curbing to hit (there is). Eventually I sent in video and brought the car in. An appointment was set to make it right. Now here, I should have asked if they were just trying to fix the missed spots or if they intended to redo the full detail. That’s partially my fault for not clarifying. The wheel never really got addressed but I made it clear I wasn’t trying to get a new wheel because none of my wheels are perfect. They ended up taking the car for a full day. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told to look it over. This is when I again should have clarified whether I was inspecting the car for a full detail or if I just needed to check the things they missed last time (which some would not be possible to see since the car had been driven and rained on since the first attempt). I spotted several mistakes which were immediately corrected by an employee. However, the gentleman that had worked on the car kept coming out and expressing protest over his work being questioned. At the same time, another customer arrived and was visibly disappointed with the work on his truck. Eventually I got tired of pointing out the flaws as it was now after 5 and no one wanted to be there anymore, including me. Apparently my family has used these guys for years and has always raved about the quality so I’m hoping I just caught them on a couple off-days. But for now, my experience was frustrating and not worth the money.

The speed in which they took care of me was incredible. I thought I was going to have to wait to get my headlights polished, as they were busy detailing other peoples car. The owner then came out and polished my headlights for me right then and there. I wasn’t even there for 10 minutes. They truly care about their customers and their time. The person i dealt with his name is raul.he sells a good story.but the workmanship is all bad.i took it home looked it over.and for 300.00 is a joke.i didn't want to deal.with this place.please look elsewhere so you dont get taken...seriously ?Services: Auto interior vacuuming

A super polite and professional group of individuals who take pride in their work.Took my 10 year old Ford Focus daily to them and they did an amazing job. It had a horrible stain in the passenger seat, and other exterior cosmetic issues, now you can't even tell it had any of them.JER Detail did amazing work at a great price, this place is likely where you will get the most value with your money in the Ogden area.

I looked for a long time to find a good detail shop to make two vehicles look good again after 10 and 16 years of me cleaning them. After the treatment the received at Jer Auto Detailing they really do look likenew. This experience has given me the feeling of driving a new car and truck. Hands down the best money I ever spent on my vehicles. Very friendly customer service and the manager loved to show me his finished product to make sure I was happy.Services: Seat shampooing
