Went in for a quote to fix my window regulators on my car and was quoted over a thousand dollars to fix both windows and hours of time. Went to Safelite and got both windows fixed in 45 minutes and only paid $300.
Run away from Jensen auto while you still can!!

I went in for a check engine light for a cylinder 4 misfire. It was diagnosed as an intake valve failure. I have an extended warranty. They submitted a request for both sides of the v8 to have the heads removed. I told them to please resubmit for the side with the known issue so I can get the warranty company to honor the warranty and repair the issue. After 3 weeks, I found out that a 2nd invoice was never submitted. There was a huge lack of communication, and I was never informed of the status. When I went to get the truck picked up after sitting for 3 weeks. Don says oh you did not get them to approve the repair? What? You are the shop, you submit the repair bill, and you never listened to me once about me being willing to supplement for other valve work as found on the repair for cylinder 4. I guess I was too patient, but I left disappointed that what I was asking and saying was not heard. Luckily, I got another shop to take care of the work, and it has now been repaired, and my check engine light is off. And valve is fixed. I had hoped for a better outcome, but didn't happen this time.
Edit: the owner Paul reached out to me and was very genuine in his conversation with me about the experience with the truck and where things fell short. I appreciate his desire to run a good business and seek clarification on issues that could be a tough conversation to have on the phone. Paul was very transparent and was seeking information to try to help avoid future problems that could be similar. Because of this I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. The work they do is good and that's why with the engine work they were my first stop to get my truck looked at. Not too many full service engine shops in weber county, so it is nice to have them.

My car was making a popping noise when driving/ turning the steering wheel. I brought it in to Jensen Auto Service to get checked out and they got my yaris fixed up in a timely manner and at a reasonable price! :)

These guys helped me get my transmission in tip-top shape for a drive across the country. They were super respectful and took the time to research things so that they did things the right—instead of doing what made them the most money. Thank you Jensen! Next time I need service when I'm in town, you'll be the first place I look.

Where do I even begin here? I had some concerning lights come up on my dashboard earlier this week. Took it to several auto shops, AutoZone, O'Reilly's, and even consulted some experienced friends of mine who work with cars. None of them could give me an explanation and the advice they all gave me didn't work. Even Google was at a loss. At this point I'm getting desperate as I have a trip coming up in a few days that requires a lot of driving out of state. Gave these guys a call based off a reference I was given. They answered the call instantly and I spoke to a gentleman named Wade. He was able to get me in as soon as I could get off work the next day and offered a free 15 minute diagnostic. The customer service was fantastic. Usually you go to an Auto Repair shop and all they want to do is dive in and try everything themselves right off the bat, this guy listened to everything I had to say before moving forward. It took them less than 20 minutes to find the problem. They explained what the issue was to me in simple terms and showed me how they fixed it. They charged me NOTHING for the service. ✨
I'm beyond grateful to this place. This will be my new go-to for car repairs moving forward. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Midas and was quoted $2,400 for issues with my car. I went to get a second opinion with Jensen Auto and they were able to confirm that Midas was wrong and they advised me of what the actual issue is. It's a simple fix and they saved me $1,800 today. They explained everything very clearly while looking at the car, answered all of my questions, and did the inspection for free! Instead of spending all of my savings I left as a very happy customer with a super simple fix. I'll definitely be coming back.

Jensen Auto is the best place in town to fix whatever problem you are having with your car/truck. I had an issue with my right rear blinker, and even though it was close to closing time on a Friday they told me to bring my truck in and they’d look at it. Wade was a big help and so was Justin. They had to order a specific bulb and when it was delivered they brought the wrong one. Even though they weren’t able to fix it they did everything they could. Just a great shop with great people!!

Had a transmission fail on a road trip to the Salt Lake area. Jensen was the first mechanic that offered to try and get us in the SAME day. Over the top accommodating. They even had a tech stay late and come in on Saturday to get us headed back home on time! They were able to source a transmission at a dealership and had one of their guys go and pick it up. If you need ANY mechanic help whatsoever call Wade at Jensen.

Absolutely great people great work. been dealing with jensen auto for over 25 years had auto repairs machine engine work and had many drive shafts rebuilt very happy with the work they do.
