Had a tire issue while on a road trip with my family. They did an inspection and found the issue, but unfortunately didn't have the tire in stock. They called another shop that had the tires and sent me over there. That's integrity.

Purchased 6 tires for my class c motor home for a bid of about $1250. I dropped it off with new valve stems I wanted installed. They said no problem they can do that.
I got a call later saying the suppler had delivered the wrong tires but they had some better tires at the shop they could install instead for about $2100. Also they were worried the valve stems I brought might make it so I can’t use my tire pressure monitors. I said install the better tires for $2100. They also said they would do 2 of the valve stems and give me a call if there was as issue with the pressure sensors.
About 10 minutes after this conversation they called back and said the tires the supplier brought will work and they are going to install them instead of the ones $2100. (No price was mentioned)
I go pickup the RV they didn’t install the valve stems and tell me they are the wrong size and will leak (they aren’t the wrong ones I had them on my last RV with the same rims I got the vibe they just didn’t want to mess with them).
The charge me $1570 instead of the $1250 they quoted me. I assume because the tires the supplier delivered were more expensive than the ones I ordered? I would have preferred the original tires $1200 or the ones for $2100 I see no benefit for the extra cost of the ones they installed
I believe the tires they installed are a bit more aggressive so more road noise not a big deal just I’m just mildly annoyed I paid extra $$ for louder tires. The tires are installed and balanced correctly no issues. They even put but the Wheel simulators on correctly (I’ve had issues with other tire shops for this idk why it’s not hard)
In summary terrible communication, charged me more $$ than I expected, no issues with quality of their work and now I have to pay a different shop to install my valve stems.

I was passing through Ogden while towing a very heavy trailer. I lost a couple of nuts on my leaf spring u-bolts (my own fault, but that’s another story) and while towing said trailer, I made U turn and tweaked my back axel something awful. I tried to go to Les Schwab, and they wouldn’t even let me explain my situation because I didn’t have an appointment (the person at the counter literally talked over me to ask if I had an appointment).I went next door to Jacks and the mechanic, Sean if I’m not mistaken, was so so kind! He explained what I had done, got my truck right on the rack, fixed it and did an alignment to boot (which I paid for, but he treated me and the truck like his own). The gentleman at the counter was very kind and when I blamed the issue on myself, he didn’t make me feel like I made a mistake simply because I’m female (like I’ve experience in the past) but instead like I made a mistake because mistakes happen and it okay. He even said that we’ve all made mistakes working on our vehicles. They had my truck fixed, test driven, and back on the road in about 2 hours total. The price was so very fair. Overall, I’m quite glad I found Jack’s and I highly recommend this shop. If I ever randomly have trouble with my truck in Ogden again, I will be back in a heartbeat.

I am from out of town and my tire was losing air rapidly. Jack's Tire and Oil fixed my tire and treated me very respectfully and kindly. I wish all places of business were this great!

I’ve gotten several sets of tires from Jack’s. They are always reliable and the prices are always great and their service is excellent.I’m at the point where I don’t know why I even look for tires and think about going anywhere else.
