Honestly couldn’t love this brand more! I thought I was a Stanley girl and then I tried HydroJug tumbler!! Love it so much, the ice lasts so much longer and the customer service is phenomenal, Ashley gave me great customer service when I contacted for some support too! My new go-to cup!

First off the products are unmatched. Full time mama and nurse. Carrying stuff to the car the traveler is leakproof. Also toddler proof, with autonomy. My son loves to carry it around. Get a drink and mom doesn’t have to worry about spills! Customer service- even better. I had gotten online to replace a part that broke (our own fault not the product) and what I needed wasn’t online. Within 24 hours I had received messages back and a replacement already shipped to me. Honestly couldn’t ask for better product quality or customer service! Love them so much I’ve gifted 2 cups to my favorite people.

Terrible customer service. I'm concerned the product I ordered may never arrive, and the company seems to ignore my emails, DMs, and comments. Ordered Jan 8, it's now Feb 5 and I have not received my jug.

It's really frustrating to have to write a review to save others from being scammed. I placed an order 11/27/23 for two different items. One item in-stock and the other "pre-order." When adding the pre-order item to the cart a note popped up stating that the item "ships by 12/30/23." A little disappointed as it was going to be a Christmas gift, I got it anyways as that is what they wanted. During the checkout another note popped up stating the entire order won't ship until the pre-order item is ready. Again disappointed with that news I reluctantly accepted that I would have to wait for both. It is now January 2024 and I have not been able to speak with any sort of customer service nor have I been updated on the status of my order. I have called, emailed, text with no personal response. An automated response to my email said to use the chat feature on the website. News flash, there is no chat feature on the website. I can't get in touch to find out if my order is still going to ship. I assume with the fact that the website now has the product as "waitlist" my order is not able to be fulfilled. This would be find if they emailed me letting me know they would have to cancel the order and refund the money. Instead they were happy to take my money and leave me in the dark with no way to contact them. I read another review that they filed a complaint with the BBB and I think that might be what I end up doing. Will update the review if something new happens. I wouldn't recommend Hydrojug solely based off the customer service. I did save all the emails and screenshots of the notes if anyone cares to see them.P.S. I came to google to write the review as the review I posted on their website isn't showing up. I assume it's because I left a 1 star review but any company that won't show all the reviews can't be trusted.RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE:I assume this wasn't the "owner" who responded but some low level employee paid to deflect from the objective facts. I emailed the service email at 10:50 am EST. I wrote and verified a review at 3pm EST (STILL NOT SHOWING ON THE WEBSITE.) Yes the first email was sent yesterday. I waited over 30 days to see if the shipping would update. Now when I reach out you want/expect me to wait another 2 days for a response. The waiting is over. They say the tracking was updated today but had an entire month to update the tracking before the holiday. Lets say they shipped the products out today... that is a breach of the implied contract that the products were to be "shipped by 12/30/23." The entire company is a joke. Run a promotion to sale more cups then when bad reviews come in because they aren't sending the cups out they blame it on the holiday. Here's some advice if you can't fulfill the orders by the timeframe you set then don't run specials. The expectations were set by you. You failed to meet the expectation you set. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HYDROJUNK!!!

I ordered a cup for my fiancé 3 weeks ago. I emailed Hydrojug twice and messaged twice. No update on my order. I'm seeing on MULTIPLE FB and Instagram postings that NO ONES been getting their cups that ordered since this past November in 2023. I want my money back. You guys have the audacity to charge for shipping and people aren't even getting their orders or not getting them until months later.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a tumbler from them almost two weeks ago. It hasn't shipped, and still shows a "unfulfilled" status on the website. I have tried contacting the company via email (2 times now), text, and phone call (over 20 phone calls and 2 voicemails). I have not been contacted at all by the company. I am very disappointed the customer service has been atrocious. I have asked the company to make this matter right, and continue to not get contacted at all. Very disappointing. I would not recommend spending your money at this company because if you ever need customer service, you'll be out of luck.

I ordered my hydrojug 9 days ago and have not received any tracking number or the product, it just says ordered placed! I reached out through email a couple days ago and no response, I called and no response, I messaged and no response. I have no idea when I will receive my product but it hasn't come in their alloted time frame and I am furious. No one has contacted me back yet. Their customer service doesn't exist. Do not buy from the website if you actually want your product in a reasonable time frame.

I understand that with smaller businesses things may not be as timely. However, I placed an order over a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation or any sign that my order is being prepped for shipment but was charged for the purchase. I really do not understand the lack of communication and would love this company if it wasn’t such a headache to place an order. Writing a review because unfortunately my first order that I place was similar in terms of communication.

It's very sad the customer service no response at all I placed an order it's been over 3 weeks now haven't heard any updates I sent several emails and about 5 text messages I received a generic email once saying someone will get back to you in 4 business days well it's been well over 12 business days and nothing if I could give 0 stars I would please if anyone is reading my email do not order from their website.

Placed an order for 2 items almost 2 months ago- one was preorder ok fine but I still haven’t received my item that was in stock- fine I know it’ll be awhile. Except they just decide to randomly cancel my order today- no contact from them, no email, no nothing - don’t waste your time.

Lexi was awesome!! She truly went above and beyond! She corresponded with me with extremely timely responses and resolved my issue very quickly. I was more than satisfied with her solution. She was very personable in her responses and made me feel really great about my experience with hydrojug. I LOVE the travelers and I will continue to be a loyal customer because of a good product and great customer service!
