Worst. Experience. Do NOT go here for tax help. Rhonda filed our taxes in 2022. Now the IRS is coming after us. I went to the office and nobody knows anything, no help was given! I went back this afternoon, because they said the manager would be in. Still not there. They got mad at ME. All I want is to resolve this tax problem. The entire reason we went to HR block was to avoid this issue altogether. I am extremely dissatisfied and wish that we had never used them. We paid a lot more for HR Block than we would of for Turbo Tax, and Turbo Tax would've gotten it right!

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with taxes at the Ogden office. They messed up my state taxes twice. The first time they fixed it without much issue.
The second time I scheduled a phone appointment, they never called. Sent a message on the H&R block message system and was told I had to go into the office, even though it was a quick fix.
I filed a complaint. They called the next day and said they saw the complaint and would get back to me. Never did.
When I went in to the office they were rude and argued that the state was wrong and they used the correct code. They then googled the code to find the answer, and was still rude. They had no manager I could talk to about the problem either.
I told them I wanted a refund and they gave me paperwork that describes "how to get a refund." It was paperwork saying that they aren't reliable for quality.
Never use them for your taxes. I'm sure if I hadn't paid them already, the service would be different.
I still want a refund with all of my time they are wasting.

Really frustrated with this office. Had my taxes done the end of February and was charged twice. When I called about it, i was told 5 to 6 business days for my refund. Waited 14 days and called again. Waited 14 days and called again. Was told they would look into it and call me back. I was told the District Manager was going to look into it and call me back. Now its been almost 2 months and District Manager is no longer there, and the manager is out now until next Monday. I asked for a corporate number and was told they are the corporate number. I do not recommend. They will charge you twice and then not want to give your money back.

Megan is a saint. So helpful, very empathetic and wonderful to work with! Give this woman a cookie and a raise. Last day, last couple hours of tax season anxdthis lady saved my life, helping me file. I will never forget her. Brennan wheeler, if you are reading this, she needs a corner office with a view amd her own coffee maker! (:

Shantelle Poulsen is the best tax specialist ever if you want a friendly and honest person on your side threw tax season head to 3595 Washington Blvd in Ogden and ask for Shantelle Poulsen..
The lady in the front office answering phones I do not remember her name but she was kind and caring when I had come in to drop my taxes off.. she was very helpful.. and caring.. big smiles from everyone..

Larisa is great and easy to work with! She completed our tax returns in a timely manner and also gave us the difference between standard and itemized returns so we could get the best one. I recommend her and will always go to her as long as I live in Ogden.

Don’t recommend this place, they did my tax incorrectly despite I paid 500+$ for the service.At first they came with the results of me paying back to the IRS and state tax for almost 12,000$.That made me stressed for the whole month then I came back to discuss about why it is so high. After the meeting, it turn out they did not put very important numbers(deductions )in my tax, after I pointed out where missing parts are, the number went down to 2,000$+ only. This will be the last time I use this service. Paying 500$ for the service is ridiculous.
