By far the worst customer service I have experienced. I’m not sure if she’s the manager but if she is somebody needs teach her a lesson in customer service. Was rude and passive aggressive from the start. Couldn’t even touch a funko pop because she’d scald you for moving them as if shes that busy to put a box or two back in place. Funko pop collectors go to stores like yours to hunt for funko pops if you can’t handle it maybe get another job? The store was dead and she felt the need to be rude. Way to lose customers! And before you come for me learn how to blend your eye shadow better cause what you’re doing isn’t it….

The sales staff was amazing. Went above and beyond and found a specific shirt for my granddaughter. I would def go shop there again.

So just went to hot topic and Angie had the best customer service I have experienced in retail in awhile. We were looking for something for our son and they didn’t have it at that location so she offered to call one of the other locations and since they had both the items we were loot for she asked if they would hold it for us. Angie did this with out us having to ask.

Parker was incredibly rude to me when I asked him for help. He was also talking bad about me behind my back when he thought I couldn’t hear him.

I'd appreciate if I was told accurate information from the start or that policies didn't vary from employee to employee. I ordered an item, but never received an email stating it had arrived. I called the store and an associate told me that the item had been cancelled and returned. He then told me that due to not receiving an email, he could reorder it at the same price I had paid, but that i would need to go into the store to do so. I agreed and went in, but that associate had already left. The new associate that was helping me seemed confused, like he didn't know what to do and even kept looking to his coworker, though she was busy. I explained the situation and even showed him the price, but he just looked at me and said that he "couldn't" change a price, despite the fact that I've been to this location before and one of the female employees has helped with this before.
