This place is convenient as far as location, but their service is extremely slow , employees don’t make customers a priority. They would rather visit and share their personal life with one another, than take care of the customers.

Honestly inside of the building might seem a little sketchy...but they have super cheap soft serve and shakes, which is basically the only reason I ever stop here. To avoid going inside they have a convenient drive through which I do appreciate.

Only one window squeegee that was falling apart and the water smelled like pond water. How easy is it to put some window squeegees and replace the water every once in awhile? I would pick somewhere else to go.

As an employee of Hoagies, I can say a few things: the store is both bad and good. The other employees are nice and work hard, but it can be difficult at times. People ask for ice cream all the time in store and, naturally, it can take time to make five shakes and four cones. It's the customers that cause most of the issue with waiting in line. If you can't wait for ice cream, go to an actual parlour.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I bought ice cream that was sour ?and when I brought it back later to tell them, they wouldn’t replace it. Even though they acknowledged their milk had been bad.
