I'd say the people running the show deserve a 5, they are friendly and helpful. But as far as storage units go, the items I took out after cleaning out my storage were covered in mouse feces and urination. Sadly many of my items were ruined. I wouldn't recommend this place for long term, but short should be fine. They did deal with the infestation and report it appropriately.

The onsite management here is great. Never be worried when you store your stuff here. Its always safe and hidden away.
