Bad customer service, I spent $2700 on a brand new compactor, it quit working after only about 10 hours of use, I brought it back to the store they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to send it out and get it fixed under warranty, it has been over a month and a half and no word, I call and get told they will call and then call me back and never do. The management there is very rude about the whole situation and acts like they don't care at all. I'm still without my compactor and have to continually rent which puts me out even more money once I get my compactor back I won't go there again!

This place is complete trash. The manager who opened this place Rob was night and day better than everyone here and had that place running ! I came back once when he left and it was terrible . 10 years later I went back thought it was going to be better, and to no surprise even worse.

This is a horrible place too shop, requires you to wear a mask!! What a joke really bad customer service!! There workers are totally rude and not helpfum at all....I wouldn't ever want my crew to go to this store again to shop !!!!

They open at 8am not 7am. I came by at 7:30 and all the lights were off. It's not a bad store. You only come here with a commercial account. It would be a waste of time for personal shopping.
