I don't buy tools anywhere else. Inside track club membership is totally worth it, especially if you're looking for higher priced items, it'll pay for itself in one trip, and then some. I've had some duds, can usually get them replaced, the ones that don't have a warranty are so cheap you can buy 3 before you spend the same amount as a different brand.

My Fiancée & I were checking out as a Botox-gone-wrong Karen was actively harassing the Cashier & Manager. Demanding they spell their names for the report to Corporate that she was actively typing into her phone, loudly and rudely degrading the employees within earshot.
No one deserves that.
Those employees especially deserve a 5-Star, they've always been extremely kind, helpful, and informative.

I brought a friend over to their last lot sale. We thought they closed an hour later but we showed up with only 10 minutes to spare. It was my friend's first time ever going to harbor freight and I had spent all week bragging to him about the lot sale and how awesome their prices are. So we decided to go in anyways. I needed a few things and I knew their location in the store, plus my friend just wanted to peek at their lot sale deals up front. The people at the front of the store blocked our path and said they were closing and we couldn't go in. I explained to them I just needed a few things and I knew where they were located. The lady literally held her arms up blocking my path and wouldn't let us by. I told her I could be out of their in 6 minutes or less, but she insisted I could not come in because they were closing. They did have a half dozen people waiting at the check-out line. When we got back to the truck we still had 9 minutes before they closed. My friend was so incensed by it he refuses to go back ever again. I have offered and he insists we go "anywhere else". I have had so many good experiences at this location in the past. I don't know why it was so important to close early that night but I wish it hadn't pushed my friend away from being a customer.

Called to ask if they offered an order service over the phone. The lady was rather unhelpful and abruptly hung up before I could finish asking questions. Normally I don't write negative reviews but this was a little sour to me.
