This pharmacy used to be the best when I chose it for my primary pharmacy back when it was still Albertsons. Now I am ready to take my business elsewhere. There is a pharmacist that is difficult to deal with. She won't acknowledge that you are there waiting if she is on the phone. And she is on the phone a lot. When I asked her to clarify a policy, she told me one thing. Then 7 months later she tells me something different and swears she had NEVER told me the previous answer. She told me over the phone that a certain medication was now over-the-counter, but when I showed up in person and she couldn't find the medication on the shelf, she changed her tune and told me I needed a prescription for it (which I had tried to tell her over the phone). But it wasn't her fault....she said she had not told me it was over-the-counter. She must think we are stupid. I now feel like I ought to record every conversation I have with her. I am tired of being ignored and lied to. I am tired of being treated like she thinks she is too important to wait on me. My husband got tired of being treated badly much much sooner than I did. He won't deal with her if he can help it. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I have been told once too many that I could not possibly have heard what I remember.....because SHE never said that! She would not like to be conciliatory at all. Everything must be my fault because I am so stupid. She certainly needs to learn better people skills. She could take a lesson from the excellent helpful people in the grocery department, but I don't think she will.

I like this store it's clean and smaller so it's not so busy, the quality of food is good, but prices are a little higher. Employees are nice, i am getting sick of the maps nazis however.

Although I have not had to use this store for my Rx's I would if I had little choice. There is a real home town feel and the staff are very helpful. They make sure you are taken care of and are always masked and keeping the place clean. Great Bakery and produce.

Never had a problem before, until this weekend. Story time: Placed a cake order for my sister-in-law's 30th birthday at the Fresh Market on Harrison in South Ogden. Picked a cute mermaid cake and expected THAT cake. On Sunday, the day of the party, my in-laws went to pick it up, and pay for it. They said the lady in the bakery was so proud of all the "sparkles" she had so graciously added to our cake. When I showed up to the party I noticed the cake they picked up WASN'T EVEN CLOSE to the same one I asked for. When I called to complain about the cake NOT being the cake that I ordered the lady who decorated the cake had the SHITTIEST attitude. "I'm not a cake decorator, I don't know what you expect." "Well you already took it, I don't know what you expect me to do." After telling her about 5 times I was done arguing with her and would only speak further to her supervisor, she finally transferred me. We ended up getting a full refund for the cake but I seriously doubt I'll order from them again. Why have someone decorate cakes if they "arent a cake decorator"?! I come here all the time. Super convenient and always has good deals on their food produce. Staff is always really nice. They're open later than most places in Ogden so that's a plus.
