I have for years been thoroughly pleased with the work of this office, but I have never written a review. Shame on me! The repro/print jobs I present to the Harrison Blvd. store are large and complicated; yet the store produces richly colored documents, does so quickly, and does so at a VERY reasonable rate. Over the years, Haleigh has become my ex-officio-personal-assistant-in-residence, and Missy is just as good. The store recently printed and bound for me 25 copies of an 85-page color booklet, and it was simply excellent. My clients will love it. Well done, FedEx Harrison!

No different I suppose than customer service many other places now a days. Went in with a need to print 125 copies. The manager/supervisor was initially very helpful in getting me started on the self service machine but suddenly said “Uh, We close in two minutes.” I hadn’t seen the hours posted in the door, closing time 7 PM. I explained I was from an area 40 miles away and there were not printing options there. He told me there may be another office store in the area but they probably closed at the same time. As I handed him back the card with the email file address he said, “We open at 10 tomorrow.” I again told him I lived 40 miles away and wouldn’t be back in the morning.
Ya, it would have cost you five minutes. I understand it’s no fun when a customer shows up just before closing time. But especially when customers are paying out the nose for everything, it would have been nice to be treated like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience.

Older female clerk (I think she was the manager since she was not wearing a uniform) told me I need to declare what I’m sending even though the label clearly said return and my package wasn’t being sent internationally. I told her it was none of her business and she cut me off and told me it was since I was “sending it on their vehicles and planes.” That is false. I only have to declare what I am sending if it’s international for customs. I called FedEx customer service and verified I am correct. Shame on you for your customer service and intrusive questioning. I didn’t see her ask any of the white people sending stuff what was inside their packages.

Feb7: Prints are beautiful and done quickly. But the most recent time I used their print services I only received half my prints. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. Lesson learned, always check your prints.Feb 8: They printed off the immediately. They're beautiful. This place is still great. Thank you, Missy!

I recommend against using FedEx. They delivered my $800 mattress base to the wrong address, their own picture proves it, and it's nowhere to be found. But when you call, you can't get to a human. So, now I'm out $800 because of FedEx's error. I'm beside myself. Never again.

Have used this location for years. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Orders are done quickly and efficiently.

I've been coming here for a while and while the employees who work here are nice, they are not empowered to solve problems that arise. After spending 20 minutes in the store, I ended up walking out and requesting my $1.77 refund mostly for the principal of it because their systems don't work like they should. The lack of empowerment for employees to help solve problems is wild.

Why. Just, why. Weirdest layout with multiple service stations, complete with vague titles & no menu of services, or any indication of where to go for what. Had to hunt down an employee to tell me where to go & help me. Had to buy a $4 mailer so they’d take my Walmart return. UPS just scans your code and takes the item. Pretty annoying.

Fed Ex will mark attempted delivery and you will never get your item unless you go pick it up yourself.

Sent a print job online late yesterday for pick up today. They completed it within the hour of sending it and called to let me know I could pick it up early. When I got there to pick it up - they had printed two copies. One as ordered and the other they scaled/reprinted after noticing that the original cut off some font. Very grateful they took the extra step by noticing tiny details! The associate (I think Stanford) was also very polite and professional!
