They do not deliver, they say they knocked and they didn't even knock on the door. This location is careless, useless, and has a bunch of people who won't do anything to get your package to you. Fed Ex sucks.

If this is the place that sends the trucks out for deliveries, then they need to fire them. I've never had one deliver to me without lying. One time I stood next to my front door and they tapped. Not knocked, they tapped on the door. Other times they straight up mark my package as undeliverable and leave. When I complain, I say my address and they go "Hm, yeah, that's what we have on file." Just so frustrating. I don't get why FedEx is the world's default. Give me UPS. They've never messed up a delivery.

Message said driver was unable to deliver? I've been right here on my porch all d*** day and no fed ex truck has been anywhere near this neighborhood.
These drivers intentionally save the signature required deliveries for the end of the day, but this driver obviously felt like he had better things to do on a Friday afternoon. My whole day was wasted waiting for this important package. ?

There was no other customers when I went around 4:00/4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The young man was super helpful and nice but the middle aged lady was rude and acted like me using some of their tape was coming directly out of her paycheck or something. The building was really clean and the small parking lot was nice enough considering the location. Also, I only had a photo of my shipping label and the young man just had me email him a copy and he was able to print it off and taped it to my package for me.

Everything is automated and you get no help when you finally get a human. There guarantee service is a complete lie! The automated system de lunes everything when it was the drivers fault

my partner got an email saying their package was delivered but we never got it and when we called they said the tracking number and name and address don’t exist in their database. we then received a package that isn’t even ours and a different address down the street. our HOA might be slightly confusing to navigate but two misplaced packed in one week is ridiculous. tell your employees to look at where they are placing their packages because they are blind.
