FedEx misdelivered one of my packages. It happens a lot with my address because there's a nearly identical address south of us. Only 1 letter difference in the street name. FedEx's system for correcting this is horrendous. I called their phone 15 times saying different things to the automated system, trying to get it to a person rather than it hangup on me. Once I got through to a person, I was told that FedEx was going to do literally nothing about it and that I need to contact the seller. Whereas even the post office contacts the driver. Which brings me to the driver. It was a package that doesn't require a signature, but it was marked as being signed and handed over to the resident. So not only did they deliver to the wrong address, they physically handed it to the wrong person. Well that's just great (sarcasm).

Manager claims they cannot print or re-print FedEx labels. Don't take your eBay items or online returns here with the expectations that you'll be helped. Unless you own a printer and have a label attached to your parcel in advance they will not accept it.

I use fedex about once a week to every two weeks for school and work. This location however is the worst I've ever been to. One of the women at the counter ignored us for 20 minutes. It just doesn't look good to ignore brown people in a predominantly white state. She also charged me $7 to print out one piece of paper. I paid for it but she turned me away from the area. We eat out a lot and collect toys. But because of this lady our business is going online instead of the town. Otherwise I'd already have dropped by that heebeegeebeez.

Completely useless. Lazy too. Actually referred me to a different company. Never going back. Even had my monthly prescriptions changed to CVS.

Wow, watch out for the $30 priority printing fee that was added my order, that anyone tell me about. Apparently if you have a print order and they print the same day, and picked up the same day, there is a priority feed its added. After I paid for my items, I noticed the charge. I ask the gentleman about it and he said it was a new thing within the last 2 weeks. Apparently because there so busy oer the holidays they have this new fee. Sure I have no problem paying the fee if I knew about it, and I ask for priority service. When I told the gentleman who rung me up, that it wasn't fair there charging me this new fee I was never told about it. He said that there wasn't anything he could do. After I started to get a little upset, he went in talk to the manager in the back. He came back out again and so that I could leave my items there, and come pick them up tomorrow and he could give me the fee money back. I said that's absolutely ridiculous because they didnt tell me about on the phone. When I called to confirm the order, that I sent in via email, the lady on the phone told me that it was already halfway done, and I could picked up in an a half hour. Also I told him that I live 3 counties away I am not coming backup here tomorrow. Finally this store manager came out and I even had the lady that help me over the phone tell him that she didn't tell me about the fee. He finally agreed to refund it. They voided the transaction and after 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to take it off, he said he got it.. problem was he took off quantity discount, to try and make up for the adjustment. The new difference was not correct and he tried to only give me $6 back. Total B.S. After another 10 minutes he finally figured it out. Don't worry it wasn't over. I had to go back because they left half of one of print jobs on the printer. I won't be going back to the store, ever.
