Called to find out about some camera lenses being cleaned and I was spoken to very rudely and as if I Knew nothing about my camera. I was interrupted and talked over the whole time. Terrible customer service.

This place is awesome to deal with, highly recommended!Michael sent my watch out for repair and USPS decided to lose it. We waited, and it never showed. The way Michael handle the situation was way above expectation. I couldn't be more pleased, it's not too often you feel like you didn't get ripped off anymore.I'll definitely be coming back.

Walked in here to look at cameras and watches. They have a nice selection of Seikos, walked out with a nice chronograph. The staff was very nice. Michael was very helpful and a pleasure to chat with.

I had some family reunion pics I couldn’t transfer from the cameras card to my laptop so I took it to Farr’s and they were able to put them on a thumb drive for me. The employees were so nice and helpful! I offered to pay for their services but they said no. When I’m back in Ogden and need anything, I’ll definitely remember the great service I received.

They were friendly, unfortunately couldn't fix my outdated camera. Did refund the deposit, though. They have some gorgeous jewelry at a fair price.

Great service, I took my earring to get fixed, they soldered the post back on, looks great, like it was never broken, they also cleaned it up for me, i definitely recommend!

2 years ago I had a diamond fall out of my ring. I took it to the place I bought it from, they charged me 334 to replace the diamond. It never looked right to me but I'm not a jeweler. Fast forward, on new years eve another diamond fell out. I took it to farm's to help me. They not only fixed everything on the ring, (all corner diamonds were on the verge of falling out). They fixed the prior mess up on the other jewlers work and the new problems. Under 100 dollars. I will only take my business here in the future.
