Absolutely horrible experience. I finished my optometrist appointment next door and went to stand beside my mom who was purchasing a pair of glasses, the lady asked if I wanted to buy frames but I told her I don't want new frames because I love my $500 handcrafted frames and was just going to go to a different place and get the lenses switch to the new prescription. Once my mom was finished the lady asked if she could have my glasses and take them to the back to ask if they could possibly do the lenses, I reluctantly agreed thinking they were just gonna measure the frames. Not even 5 minutes later her and someone from the lab come up to me and said they tried to pop my lenses out and snapped the frame. All they said was oops sorry did you want to buy a pair, no discount or anything. Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone as they are unhelpful and overpriced.

I absolutely loved the help with got Ashton was very helpful it was my daughter's first time getting glasses and he made it so fun for her we both got our glasses the same day I absolutely love the prices as well as the service.

It was great,I wish I had used Eyemart Express when I had my recent exam,and needed glasses for driving and reading
I had no idea I could have the 2 pair of reading glasses(I was only planning on 1 pair before I walked into the store) in 1 hour and for the price. They are basic,no frills prescription lenses, and I need kids frames,so that does help . but so does a helpful knowledgeable staff.
I will be using them again,and recommending them to friends and families.

My experience at eyemart express was great. Darby at the Riverdale store was so helpful and helped me pick out my frames. My glasses were ordered on a Tuesday and they were done the following Monday. They fit perfect. No complaints at all.
