Zero customer service for the vendors and customers.Edge Will Not allow vendors to pickup their products in Ogden at Will call.Edge will not allow customers to buy and pay online then show up at there wear house in Ogden to pick up the item with an order number. This is a management problem. This manager doesn't care about anyone but himself. He wants everyone to pay for extra shipping to expedite. Even dealers. #2 Their dealers list is a Joke. Most don't order or install Edge anymore and NO dealer has any on hand stock. I ordered my new Ram programmer from Diesel module. COM.EDGE didn't make a penny

I'm on my second CTS screen and once again the touch screen stopped working. Edge says they don't have parts to fix them anymore and offered me a whopping 25% of the new model at a cost of another $340. they don't stand behind their products and they will fail. lot of online reviews about touch screens failing. Products don't last and they don't stand behind them either. Beware don't buy! You will be out hundreds of dollars after a few years.

They are crooks ! Sent a monitor in for warranty I was told on the phone free replacement. Once sent in they say they lost it but never once called me to tell me. Now they want me to buy a new one. Buyer beware !

I feel like the true review of a company comes 8 years after your purchase. I had the screen of my programmer freeze the day I was taking my truck in to get smogged. Was unable to program my truck back to stock so I called the company and let them know my situation. I sent my programmer to them on a Tuesday and it was returned and my truck was programmed back to stock on Saturday. That’s the customer service I will continue to always do business with. Would recommend this company and their products to all Diesel owners!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have a cts2 tuner that is at least 5 years old and I'm sure out of the warranty time frame. The touchscreen wasn't working, I contacted them and was told that it's an easy fix and to send it to them. I was totally prepared to pay for the fix and they told me that it's on them to fix it. I'd just have to pay the shipping to them. I sent it out 02/26/23 and got it back 03/01/23Outstanding customer service and an Outstanding team that they have there.

I have an older CTS2 to monitor my 6.0 power stroke vitals as the engine is prone to die. Unit worked great and a huge comfort to be able to monitor the important stuff. after about a year and a half when it would get hot outside I would get a warning on start up about the unit having a corruption. And this proceeded to get worse. Would be running fine all day then as soon as I shut the truck down and restart same notice when it would be like 80* outside. I researched the web and all the bad talk had me worried, I even tip toed the thought of buying the CTS3 programmer but really don't need the programmer after my atlas40 tune on the ***** So I reached out to technical support and they had me ship the unit back with their RA number. a week later I got my unit back like new, they explained it had a bad screen. No charge, no hassle. I am very pleased with their customer service and timely action. Thank you Edge for this.

Purchased Pulsar Edge product for my Hemi. Too expensive for what it does. Very easy to install, noticeable difference in throttle response. Not impressed. However, The Edge product company (Owned by Holley) is not the best company to deal with. I purchased the product and then 2 weeks later it went on sale on their website. So I called to request that they honor the new price since I just purchased it. They denied my request. A decent and reputable company would honor the request within 30 days of purchase. Not Edge, They don't need return customers I guess. Very disappointing.FYI people. Tim

I have an Edge Juice Attitude performance device on my Dodge Ram truck that I have had installed since 2008. My truck failed Utah emissions yesterday because the Edge device does not meet emission standards. I had never had an issue with this until yesterday when an Edge representative told the emission tech that my product was illegal. I reached out to Edge today and they would not help me. All they told me was either remove their device or purchase a new device from them. If my Edge product violates Utah emission laws shouldn't Edge recall and replace it???????I spent money on the Edge product I have installed. Edge produced a product that violates emission laws and now will not correct the issue, they just want more money. I would not recommend purchasing Edge products because they do not stand behind their products.

I bought an Edge Insight cts2 many years ago, the touch screen stopped working so I reluctantly sent it in for repair (being in canada makes factory repairs complicated). They had my unit repaired and back in the mail in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable rate for out of warranty repair. Thanks guys!
