I ended up pat due, but had still made payments, due to having 2 units and then not having had them distributed to both units the one i'd only had ?since February 2023 was farther past due than the unit I got in December 2022. I ended up homeless and was living in my vehicle so most of my money was going to motel rooms. Spoke with a couple people. On the 13th of June I spoke with an "employee" (who ended up being more than that)was told that my unit was due to be sold on the 22nd. I explained to him that I only get paid once month since I'm on disability and wouldn't be getting anything until 27th. I requested that a manager get a hold of me so I didn't lose all of my things. Well I never heard from anyone and everything was only sent by email. I'm not sure if anyone has been homeless, but charging your phone is hard and checking your email is rarely the priority. No one ever left 1 message and with everything I was going through I assumed they had decided to let me pay when I got paid, nope on the 27th when I called to make the payment & set up a time for my friend and I to make another⁹⁹{>> payment since he was going to help me, since no one ever answered that damn phone!!! I was told, " well this amount is due in full but at least you only have the one unit to worry about now! " I couldn't believe it I about lost my sanity, literally, I'd already gone through SO much and to have just lost just about everything I owned. Well all the good and important stuff, my 400 dollar tv, all my pictures all the way back to when my grandparents were young... All the things my husband, who'd passed away just a year before had given me...all my grandson's things, my microwave and my 200 dollars worth of silver... That could've helped pay the HUGE AMOUNT I OWED A WHOLE{⁹9 $363... WHEN AT LEAST A 3RD WAS FEES... it is ridiculous how barely having a unit since February 2023 which the ist payment wasn't due until March & I paid that payment, so only 2.5 months behind being homeless things irreplaceable were gone!!! I asked repeatedly for a damn supervisor to call me... To maybe try and get my pictures back or God forbid tell me freakin' sorry, but never got one call I also sent a message and email asking about my pictures still nothing...!!! They don't care about the human toll they effect or destroy. It's obviously all about the money.

Super easy to compare prices online. They were the cheapest for the size we got they saved a unit for us and setup was all online and on the phone. Came with a lock even!
