Jason at Durk's earned a first stop customer with his amazing customer service.I told him I would include a request to his boss so, hear it is. Boss, you need to shake Jason's hand and thank him for being such a valuable representative of your business.I didn't spend a lot of money for this problem but you wouldn't know it from my experience. Jason took my problem and spent the time to take care of my every need as though I was spending thousands of dollars. He made sure he understood my situation and gave me a number of things I could do. We talked about pro's and cons and he helped me realize the best option.I was treated so well I will not only be a customer, I will take pleasure in recommending Durk's in Harrisville to anyone with plumbing needs.During the time I was there, I watched him treat every customer the same way. I am not a plumber. Just do occasional home plumbing projects. Staff always helps me find what I need and answer my questions. I have come here for irrigation and indoor plumbing parts and tools and have always had a positive experience.
