Karen and her team at Discovery Clubhouse on Monroe are simply exceptional. Entrusting my children to their care has been a joy and a relief. The staff's attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism are evident from the moment you step through the door. They create a nurturing environment where children thrive and parents feel at ease. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We love this center! Our son has gone here for over two years and we really feel like they love and care for him as they would their own child. The center director has always addressed any issues immediately and is always willing to work with our needs. We appreciate all of the staff and their time dedicated to the kids!

I love this daycare , been working for this company for many years and never surprises to please me and the expectations go above and beyond for all the kids here and everyone loves it here ! The director and staff here are amazing!

Love this daycare I have had my oldest daughter here sense 6 months she is going on 4 and now my youngest going on 2 love the teachers they are all so nice and make sure all kids are taking care of. Definitely recommend this for any parent looking for child care while working. Another thing I appreciate is being updated on my kids while they're there.

My son has been going here for over 3 years. It’s been a great experience! I love that I get updates throughout the day about what they are doing. They learn so much to get ready for elementary, and has a great family feel. They say it takes a village and I feel that miss Karen (the director) has been a part of that. Me and my son love it there and I wholeheartedly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I do not recommend this daycare, they neglect the children. My 3 yr old comes home with severe diaper rash because they don't change his diaper, they don't abide to allergies. My son is lactose intolerance and they give him regular milk all the time. He has had several incident reports from being bullied. If you care about your child don't take them there.

My three children all ranging from infant to toddler to school age have been coming here for a couple of months. This is my first time ever using a daycare and I was very nervous and sort of happy this was an easy choice close enough to grandparents house and the hours they have available since my schedule changes weekly. We have had a bumpy ride they get sick pretty frequently and are sent home when necessary but I also don’t think as a parent it would be the right choice to take your child anywhere if you know they can spread around what they have. We love how bilingual the teachers are and have been happy with how my kids get treated and noticed everyday they go. And I am absolutely happy with the charting they do everyday about lunch times and diapers changed and I feel much better knowing we have to check in our kids and out to make sure everything looks great. Thank you Karen and also my mom wants to thank Judith she’s so caring to my youngest two. But I want to thank all the teachers this job isn’t easy at all and very draining.

My daughter is in their day camp, and I cannot say enough good things about it. Building is always clean, kids well taken care of, staff is amazing. She comes home with a smile everyday, and falls asleep much better than usual in the summer excited for the next day. We needed a place for summer care last minute, and they had a slot available, I couldn't find lots of reviews online, but after a tour and meeting the staff, I knew it would be a great place for her for the summer. She's actually disappointed about weekends!

This daycare is terrible. My son hated it and cried almost everyday. The safety of the children was questionable at best. I was told at one point that someone had an ex husband that was violent and the door code needed to be changed but it never was. The teachers are terrible and rude. Classrooms were overcrowded and often unsupervised. They go through employees weekly. They constantly complained about my son to the point I cried when I'd get him with the overwhelming anxiety. The teachers would lie about my son and treat him terrible. I thought it was my son until I put him in a different daycare and he's doing amazing there. They enjoy him and say he's a great kid. The only ? I have was for Bree. She's the best thing about the place.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My daughter absolutely hated going to this daycare. She said the teachers were neglectful, unhelpful and cursed constantly at her and the other children. The woman that opened the building early in the morning had a rotten attitude and I felt bad leaving my daughter there, but it was the closest to my work with only 15 minutes to spare to clock in. I’ve heard nothing but terrible things about this daycare, and I would NEVER suggest you take your children here. Neglectful, uneducated, ghetto! I could go on. IT ISN’T WORTH YOUR MONEY, you get what you pay for so pack up and go somewhere else!

DO NOT. I MEAN DO NOT!!!! TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE. ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE I WOULD NOT DOUBT ARE TRUE. I TALKED TO THEM ABOUT MY DAUGHTER AND WAS TOLD TO BRING HER EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM SHE WAS DIFFICULT THEY SAID THEY COULD HANDEL IT. THEY CALLED ME SAME DAY I PAIED THERE FEES AND EVERYTHING TO COME GET HER AND THEY WERE KICKING HER OUT. SHE IS 3. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS FINE BUT I NEEDED MY MONEY I JUST PAIED THEM THAT DAY BUT NOPE WOULD NOT REFUND ME LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PAYING IT. SO ALL PARENTS BE WARNED THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS. ONLY THE MONEY AND THE MONEY THE STATE BRINGS IS WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT.
